I will not lie though, I can understand why no one's made on before; IT'S HARD. This took me roughly three-four days to make, with barely any breaks (only stopping for matters like school and chores).

My entry for your challenge, as well as for the Otesk War as whole.
Not incredibly futuristic from a wide point of view, but it was revolutionary considering it was built in the early-mid 1930s. Also TUPL's sole first active service aircraft, although many experimental aircraft preceded it. It probably won't appear until Week 19/20, though.
I'm giving it to Japan for free because my second homeland needs it.
Oh also the [OW] tag has a double meaning, the first being of course the initials of the Otesk War, and the second being that this would probably be super painful to fight.
