@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Aight reveal time
1. The FA-32B is nicknamed "Shikanokonokonoko Koshitantan," you may or may have not heard of the meme, but I can't freaking escape that deer so I decided to pull an Uno-reverse and put the deer on my Striker. And yes, it is the FA-32B, although there are many FA-32s and FA-32A, so far we only built one FA-32B.
2. The "poetic" section right before the ground invasion references several War Thunder ground forces soundtracks, namely, in order, The CAS is on The Way, Steel Rain, loosely A Minute of Silence (the wording works but it wasn't intended), Scorched Earth, New Power, Incoming, and Aftermath.
3. Mission Accomplished on its own is a common phrase, but I tried to make the victory screen have that WT feel.
I forgot one more between 2 and 3
Another One Bites the Dust, made that reference while the Shock was blowing stuff up.
Yea, I like to hide references all over these articles XD
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26
Eh close.
I forgot the aim one, so there's not two but three WT references, that being the most obvious one.
As for the other non-WT reference, not quite. That was a true fact, actually, one day at school a long time ago, my friend told me that joke.
I'ma give you some hints, in chronological order:
-One reference is hidden with the Striker (FA-32B)
-There is a text section that has multiple references packed into one
-The final is with the M49A3-C
@Boeing727200F
By the time I realized that I had already dropped them ;-;
Soon, though. As victorious as this day was, I don't see this being the war-ending move.
@Dracul0Anderson
Well, keep your guard up. The RCF captured both Wright Airport and Northern Runway (albeit both were taken back), and they attempted to colonize the MDA's Yeager HQ, which is part of the reason we came with such a draconian force anyways. He could come for anyone, now, even Skypark.
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26
1. Yes! You got one of the references! Now you just gotta find the other three (One of them is quite upfront and blunt, the other two are fairly easy to see if you know much about War Thunder).
2. The Hypernovas were used offscreen (similarly to the Alicorns, Super Bombers, Tiltwing Superfortress, and D2 Dolphin), but the Eagles will need some screen time
3. Funny story, it's literally a 2nd gen fighter, potentially even a late first-gen fighter.
@Christiant2
1. Yeah, about that... I began "construction" of this article on Tuesday (it is Thursday when I made this comment), so it may be just a tad outdated.
2. In terms of speed, quite well! I will say though, agility is meh, but that's fine since it's a bomber. Real issue is two things; long delay between bomb drops, and none of the parts have disableAircraftCollisions set to true, which can make it risky to do hard maneuvers or sweep the wings. Other than that, though, pretty good!
@windshifter1 Yep, it should release soon. I'm late on builds actually, this weekend will *hopefully be jam packed with the Type 44 Monsoon and Derecho Mk.XIb
Can't look ig right now, but soon
In the meantime, here are some potential ideas
-No need for fancy code with a bunch of variables and whatnot, just use simple code with multiple rotators, sort of like this.
-Remove drag from all parts, but don't remove mass.
@windshifter1 Attached both the missile itself and the missile cosmetics to a working detacher as well as gave the missile some ignitionDelay, so now the missile will launch into the air first, then begin its course towards the enemy. So far it's proven deadly effective, but the only issue? The missile aesthetic isn't connected to the functioning missile, so the missile goes to its target while the missile exterior is just chucked out of existence XD
Of course though I'm fine with this, functionality had to be prioritized over looks in the end.
@SPsidearm
Because carrying more would make him as dangerous as the early A-40 models.
That and I didn't wanna put hardpoints on the wings; would interfere with the dive brakes.
@KPLBall
Huh. It cost me a few structural neurons but I think I get it now.

@SPsidearm ...I'm confused.
So, you're giving me my own Katana, and a cannon?
Man that looks sick.
T
+1@SPsidearm I don't understand, to what are you referring?
@SPsidearm
I'm confused... what Murasama? You mean this? If not elaborate, please.
Thanks for the tanks! :D

@SPsidearm Which Katana?
@JSTQ Pretty much a tiny Death Star, but it has no reactor shaft so good luck, Skywalker XD
Nice :D
I'ma try it out later
