@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26
No prob :D
Also, some unrelated but good news: remember how you wanted a damage model similar to that of War Thunder's?
I've cracked the code. It'll take me some time to post it because I've been waaay too busy irl (and I plan to be for a while, no less than a week, maybe a month :v) but I'll try to get it to ya as soon as I can, this may be revolutionizing to SimplePlanes as we know it
@SPsidearm @SamuelJamesCastor
Wait Snowstone retaken back by... whom?
Avalanche got invaded by the RCF/E (or the Grays, I forgot), but they were all eradicated or hospitalized following Operation Astro/Inferno (specifically the Inferno part- also good news, so far all injured units who were hospitalized have recovered, but I doubt they'll be able to fight again). Following that, Avalanche was rebuilt by the Snowstone government with help from the MDA (not as much because they needed help, but more because it was the right thing to do considering we, more accurately I, wrecked it in the first place lol).
As for Defense Grid 10, they were last seen in an attempt to destroy the Ice Base. We haven't seen them since, and the Ice Base is still standing, so we can fairly assume they failed and were likely captured.
If anything new happened, well I live under a rock ;-;
Man a truck with three Phalanxes is just evil and I love it
If you need any other ground support I'm happy to help
@windshifter1 @LunarEclipseSP
So windshifter, SPSidearm declared war on Snowstone. Here.
Lore reasons aside, I'm assuming the reason for this war was sheer boredom lol
@SPsidearm ATGMs might be alright against the Enargite series but not the M49A3-C. In both reality and lore it was made with lessons learned from the Russo-Ukraine war, so the Shock-C was built with disruptive technology that ruins the lives of missile lovers and drone pilots. There's just one small issue though: it's so powerful that it can severely debilitate, and sometimes even completely incapacitate other vehicles regardless of their side, the Shocks themselves being the only ones immune to this effect. That's why you never see more than one M49A3-C in a plane, because the effect would be so strong that most vehicles would have their electronics and communications fried in an instant. Heck, the radiation might even be enough to offset the crew. This happened a few times in the S-War, albeit to enemy forces where the Shock got too close after failing to kill them at long ranges, and the vehicle and/or crew was knocked out by the ADR (anti-drone/rocket, rocket meaning missiles) system of the Shock.
@SPsidearm Laughs in M49A3-C and Enargite VIII
Oh also FCAS-12D, the official 2024 upgrade of the FCAS-12 attacker. That should be acceptable since it's for small and precise strikes and air-to-air combat rather than flat-out terraformers like a certain favorite attacker of mine lol
@KPLBall
Gonna have to say the Crusaders since I know all of the E.VII's few weakness.
Plus one E.VII can't surround me so I can run away (albeit to little avail since it goes about 200 mph), the Crusaders, being in numbers, can.
@TemporaryReplacement Oh sweet
If you want to you can use my B-29/Tu-4 for them (they might be too many parts though lol (not like the Yamato I swear))
@Boeing727200F
1. Yesn't: A later version produced by the original company, dubbed P-84F does defeat the gun issue, as well as officially add ground strike capabilities (there's an unreleased P-84A version with effective ground strike power, but said weapons were literally just strapped on in a pinch for "Operation Cryogen," which I'll explain later). However, I can include you in the official "lore" for the P-84F.
2. Yes, 7.7mm sadly lol. But still, not as small as the Strikemaster's 7.62mm guns, and absolutely massive against the Vitiator's 5mms. But from the aspect of it being War Thunder, combined with pretty much all later japanese planes having either 12.7mms (.50 cal) and 20mms, all of the above are pretty small lol
@Boeing727200F Yeah, the Vitiator reminds me of my first impressions of the Ki-10 in War Thunder, and I quote: "This is the best plane with the worst guns in this whole game."
-Me, around July/August 2024
Unlike the Ki-10, though, the Vitiator makes up for dreadful(ly low) gun power in the form of ridiculous(ly high) gun quantity. If you can get a nice, long burst on your enemy, they'll collapse eventually. Of course, though, the only issue with that is that you're probably not gonna get that chance in a dogfight against any capable opponent lol
TL;DR:
Either way you did the right thing, the Vitiator's airframe is absolutely fantastic but its guns suck lol
@WisconsinStatePolice oi
"Let's steal a helicopter!"
Almost kills said helicopter
Brilliant
What if we had a war where everything and everyone, including ammo, was made of paper?

Not sure what's going on but for that reason I'ma just let this happen as long as I'm not bein' attacked (unless I am summoned for assistance)

+1How about all 7,459? (I've made more since the S-War, I've minimized production of other aircraft ;-;)
@Boeing727200F Yes
@SPsidearm I've heard of it, is it good or not I have no clue, but it looks decent.
I'm about to bring a sledgehammer to a fist fight
+1@LunarEclipseSP Want an A-40D or two?
@TemporaryReplacement Aitey mate
Defensive Tu-4 will probably be quite interesting as my interceptors' favorite target... for a bit longer XD

Not sure if I can help that much, but you could try to use the Pratt-&-Whitney F135? (the one on the F-35)
Even the A-40D shudders in the presence of this
This actually looks really good
Looks great! I can't wait to download it soon :D
@KPLBall Fair enough
But the A-40 is pretty much a gun and missile truck, just minus the stealth
