Make sure that partCollisionResponse is set to Default and disableAircraftCollisions is set to false. That should fix it, but if it doesn't, my solution is just cover the entire plane with bombs so hitting it at all will insta

One lost its tail and still flew, the Flying T-34 damaged three which forced them to land, but the A-40 has actually never taken a combat loss. As for several hit during raids, they survived but with damage. I can still see the A-40 being the MDA’s F-14 though XD

I think the issue is that I clipped the engine, wing, and tail, the central fuselage where the bomb was stored was never struck (I was at close range so i could target wherever I needed)
My PEA Vampire intercepted it without dying, but still a fun build :D
I'm tellin' you, Meme Tutorial Planes are one thing, but good Weaponized ones are rare around here

Also gonna add, the Hurricane is fairly durable too. The Typhoon is just a lil' bit but not as much as the Hurricane Trop. (the very first Hurricane you can get, which leads to the Typhoon and eventually my end goal- Vampire). I swear, as long as your engine, cockpit, or elevators isn't hit, that Hurricane can survive just about anything.
Aaaaaaaaand last but not least, I have one word to counterpoint most Spitfire pilots;
Zero.
My A6M has nearly never been defeated by Spitfires, the only occasions being the obvious team-and-jump

Eh, as a pilot (of one myself), I'm gonna say this;
The Spitfire is good, but it's not the best. Bro is capping about the 150 20mm hits, my Spitfire gets eaten by one (sometimes it's not even the 20mm and I still get one-shotted, often by Pilot Knocked Out, hate that feature so much yet I have to admit I have numerous wins thanks to it). The Spitfire actually can outturn any Russian plane, but only in the rare case that you get a fully fair, no jumpscare 1v1. If he jumps you or his ally comes, you're cooked- both figuratively and literally, since the Spitfire just so happens to spit its own fire when it gets hit (I swear, the Spitfire is more flammable than the P-39/P-400)
Also that's fair, I've still taken out a few P-40E-1s, but most of time I see people in P-40F-10s, so that helps. I actually might grind for the P-40E-1 after I finish researching the A-36 (I took a short break from the Vampire grind, but I'm still RPing the Tier III Typhoon, sorta going back n' forth)
@KPLBall Yea, I heard the P-40 was a tough plane. My J2M, Spitfire, and P-39 are really good against them for some reason, though. The P-38 would be if it wasn't a SLOWWW turner

The only time I've ever lost a pure 1v1, aside from numerous head-on-kamikaze attacks, was when I was still new.
I was fighting a Spitfire in my fairly new J2M2, we both stalled, and I was thinking "I'ma just roll a bit, he'll fall over and I can get behind him." I was so wrong. He literally just used the rudder and 180-noscoped me lol. I never forgot that, ever since that day I've used a lot of rudder in my turns, and even used that exact move in one case.
