First, take the picture. Then, go to a site like imgbb. Post the picture you just took to imgbb. Once it has loaded, click on it, so it becomes big. Then, copy the image address (sometimes called the image link) and go to the forum. In the forum do this:
The new upvote system does not show deleted accounts upvotes inside the post. That means that the people who deleted accounts after upvoting still count for the total number outside of the post, but inside, it only shows the accounts that still exist. (This happens on other posts too, just the disparity is not as large)
The real number is outside the post.
I am 80 percent sure that a smokeless missile is impossible. But for missile help, read this. You can use it to create more realistic missiles, if you want, or just use the values, and set them higher, for more op missiles.
