What is the input for the turning?
For a speed limiter, you can set maxAngularVelocity to something around 100, and edit it until it cannot go beyond the speed you want it to be at. It will change based on how big your wheels are.

Well, considering the fact that right now ANYONE can do a thumnail, its not gonna be that different. It could potentially be even more secure, if there was a minimum number of points to do it. (Maybe 1000?)

The fuselage must have NO drag, by setting calculateDrag to false on all parts, otherwise AI has a hard time flying it. (For more information on AI spawning, read this great guide by MAPA)
Ok, here is my opinion. It flies quite well. But the VTOL takeoff could be improved by 1 thing. Make the COT, and COM, as close together as possible. When I did this, I did not even really need to use the gyroscope to take off. (As you had it, COM was slightly ahead of COT, so it would slowly tilt forward. Otherwise, great job!
