Player Biography
The Lieutenant is the spokesman for the enigmatic Hart Armaments company.
Hart-Arms specializes in the design and manufacture of customized, top of the line weaponry and military equipment. Despite being very selective and outright strange in their methods of production and profit, the company has existed since the days of the first World War.
No one has seen the CEO of Hart Armaments in decades, though they are apparently still alive, and communicate with their employees on a regular basis. It is said that the CEO is utterly mad. Also, possibly a Timesplitters character
