No... I think that this is a selfish ploy to try to gather votes. Just play the game and build things, if someone wants to spotlight it on their own accord then so be it. But this isn't the way to go about it.
@SkullsAndCrossbones why would you make a post about the same thing as this post? There's already a post like this one.... the one that's right here... where we are.
@CALVIN232 that would depend on the Moderator. We all do different things. For example, I am currently sitting next to my firepit enjoying a glass of iced tea.

Please try to make major changes to a plane before posting it. Simply painting an object a different color, or adding a few guns is not enough to consider it your own. In the future please credit the original maker, and try to post your own work.
Not bad, you captured the look of this plane pretty well for such a low part count. This plane is one of my favorites from WWII era. I made one too, if you're interested in seeing my take on this awesome plane. Keep up the good work

What's the point of this? I'm having a hard time understanding why you're posting stories about murder on an airplane website. It has nothing to do with the general content and discussion on the site, and the subject matter and quasi graphic nature of the post isn't really appropriate for the age group that some members of this community fall into here.
@WaffleAircrafts101 yeah, I'm not the one who banned you but I would imagine that the one who did ban you did so when they were made aware of the fact that you aren't of the appropriate age for the website.
Now there are two ways that we can go about this, you can keep your active account so long as you don't use it until you are 13, or I can permanently ban you and you won't be allowed back. Those are the two options that we have, the choice is yours. (I would go with the first option.)
Although we welcome users from all walks of life, SimplePlanes.com is not aimed at children, and the United States government has put limits on our ability to accept users under a certain age through the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account with us. If you believe someone 12 or younger is using our site without parental consent, please contact us.

Your answer is right there, and nothing needs to be updated. You may want to read through the complete list of website and game policies before you start pointing fingers there buddy.
Consistently build things that are slightly out of your skill level. If you're constantly pushing yourself to get better then you will be constantly bettering yourself. If you're considering a project and you are thinking "wow... that looks hard. I have no idea how to build that." then that is something that you should build.
@BaconEggs I understand being irritated and frustrated. I go into rage mode daily due to various different reasons. But you will rarely know it from looking at how I conduct myself. You can't control the things that happen to you, or even how you feel about those things, but you can control how you manifest those feelings. Talking down to the devs and the community certainly isn't the way to go about things.
I do appreciate your apology, and your apparent understanding of the situation. As I've told many others here, please try to be constructive with your words and actions. It is more pleasant for everyone and it will ultimately carry you farther in the long run.
Are you serious? You posted something on the forums after close of business for the development team and when you didn't get an answer by midnight your course of action is to make an angry forum post in which you demean the community and the devs for not answering your questions yet?
How dare the devs not look at the forums for a whole 6 hours. The nerve of those guys. And you want to talk bad about the community way more often than is necessary... calling us fledgling. Let's take a look at the definition of that word.
Fledgling: a person or organization that is immature, inexperienced, or underdeveloped.
By that definition it would appear to me that the only thing around here that could be defined in that way is your understanding of Unity and your understanding and appreciation of the community.
Without the devs and without the community you would have little here. It would do you some good to try to remind yourself of that on occasion, especially when you want to take to the forums to point fingers and yell at everyone for things that aren't their fault nor their responsibility.
I have to say... the work you do in the editor is alright... but your attitude is not.
@IStoleYourMeme I'm not familiar with the situation, that is something that you're going to have to email the devs about. As they are the ones that had out ip bans.

@Tully2001 I think it involves getting a 3D print and planting it in the ground. Maybe give it some water and feed it some corn dogs? I dunno, I'm not a scientist...

Pretty cool man, interesting design. Works well too.
I really enjoy this, well done.
Please change the body of your forum post to remove the profanity.

This is awesome man, looks and performs great. I like the level of detail as well, it looks like it was put together with planks. Well done.
@GermanAircrafts what are you doing man? What's with the spam?
I will need links to the copied planes as well as links to originals in order to research this further.

This is cool, I like this. Well done buddy.
You're out of your mind if you think I'm going to let you talk about how you got the game for free and then link to the place that you got it from.
Yeah, this is pretty awesome. Well done man. Those horizontal slats on the tail lights are a nice touch.
@MoterKade that is a decent idea, but we would really have no way to verify that that those are actually the legal guardians of the user in question.

This is an airplane game website, not a turtle website.
Nothing is stopping you from playing the game. But, you must be 13 years of age or older to participate on the website.
Children under 13

This is really neat, I quite like this. It's like you mashed together parts of Skyrim and FarCry.
Yeah, I'm with @MechWARRIOR57
Wut?
@BaconAircraft no worries buddy, my time wasn't wasted.
You can put a screen cap in your forum post. Not all is wasted effort.
This needs to be posted on the forums and not on the design feed.
I like this a lot. Interesting build, I enjoyed messing around with this.
This is excellent. I like watching that suspension move.
@oDDDity well it's correct now. Had I seen it though I would have silently went mental.
@UnknownNate What's wrong with the title? Seems fine to me.
@IStoleYourMeme I'm not familiar with the situation, that is something that you're going to have to email the devs about. As they are the ones that had out ip bans.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation I'm not familiar with what you're talking about. Who was ip banned?
This is excellent, I quite enjoy this a lot.
This is pretty cool
This is awesome, can't believe I missed it.
