This is just not cool you know I was gonna hop onto simplanes and the next you know is you've been banned for 10 days God I'm turning 13 next year I really don't understand this I've been playing for 3 months and nobody has said anything until now. Andrew I have a quick question why is the age 13 because if you need to be 13 that means people are gonna be cursing and that's not permitted you might wanna fix your terms of services buddy :)

@MoterKade that is a decent idea, but we would really have no way to verify that that those are actually the legal guardians of the user in question.

It does state with parental consent. Maybe best course is have your parents contact the developers through the proper channels and see if they can have it lifted.
Why couldn't something be added to the web site at the time of sign up that could have some way of sending a confirmation code to a parents email that has to be entered. Then if we find other that have avoided this and lied about their age can banned completely.
@WaffleAircrafts101 yeah, I'm not the one who banned you but I would imagine that the one who did ban you did so when they were made aware of the fact that you aren't of the appropriate age for the website.
Now there are two ways that we can go about this, you can keep your active account so long as you don't use it until you are 13, or I can permanently ban you and you won't be allowed back. Those are the two options that we have, the choice is yours. (I would go with the first option.)

Nothing is stopping you from playing the game. But, you must be 13 years of age or older to participate on the website.
