You can see by my previous comment why your uploads keep getting removed. You have made minimal changes from the original upload, that isn't sufficient enough to warrant another upload of the design.

This is indeed a very nice build. I don't really feature things though. I have the ability, I just don't. The whole "This upload deserves more recognition than these uploads." isn't something that I'm really comfortable with. @SkullsAndCrossbones

If you're on android then I recommend downloading the Fine Tuner and Overload mods from the website like @EliteIndustries1 suggested. Those will allow you to do most of the editing without opening up the xml in a separate app.
If you are still interested in opening up the fill xml file in a separate app then QuickEdit available on the PlayStore as suggested by @MechWARRIOR57 is highly recommended.
