I personally set my aircraft to Unlisted, give it a detailed description, and then publish it to the website using the publish button on the right-hand drop-down arrow on the website.
There is a Share Aircraft button at the top of the designer menu (above the show drag button, show balance button, and the other buttons). Clicking this will show an aircraft sharing menu. You will need to log in to your account in the game. Once this is done, you can give your aircraft a title (one will automatically be provided, but it can be changed), a description, and up to three screenshots (you must have at least one). You can also make your aircraft Public or Unlisted.
@PlenBoiPro To update the multiplayer mod, you need to remove the outdated file from the mod folder, which can be found here: C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\Mods.
Just be sure to put your actual username instead of USERNAME.
@Dragoranos Obviously, for movement beyond default angle values, you would need something more complex.
However, I'm not sure I can provide any useful information in that area, since I'm not familiar with how the vehicle you are designing works.
@Dragoranos For up/down rotation, you might try some sort of -PitchAngle input (X axis). You could also try some sort of -Heading input for left/right rotation (Y axis).
If the movement is positional instead of rotational, then I don't have a solution at the moment.
This may or may not work, since I don't specialize in these types of vehicles/mechanisms.
Also, if I misunderstood, and you need Z axis inputs, you might try some sort of -RollAngle input.
@Dragoranos Ah I see. In that case, I believe Walvis has a tank stabilizer tutorial video. I know your post says that it's not just a tank, but it may still apply to whatever vehicle you are making.
Other than that, I don't really have any suggestions.

I believe I overlooked a very important factor: stalling. The aircraft has a takeoff airspeed of about 175mph (about 282kph) IAS. I've been trying to land the aircraft at much lower speeds. The issue might be that the aircraft is just destabilizing due to a stall. Interestingly, the aircraft will stay in the air until it enters an uncontrolled pitch-up, most likely due to the CoM/CoL alignment. I'll do some more flight testing to see what needs to be done in order to land the aircraft properly, assuming that an aerodynamic stall is the issue.
@AerospaceGuy36 Ok. For flaperons in this scenario, I recommend using something like (VTOL×0.5+(Roll×0.25+(Pitch×0.25))). You can change the numbers to increase or decrease a certain input.
You might try finding the parts with the highest drag, and decreasing their drag value.
Though, this may become a realism issue, but that's the only solution I can think of at the moment.
@asteroidbook345 I tested the main sever a few times, even after restarting Simpleplanes, but it still didn't work. Other users are on the backup server, indicating that they are having the same issue.

@PacificWesternAirlines Nice.
Although, it isn't my server, I'm just making sure that people know that it's working again.

Are you referring to artificial stability for an aircraft?

@AerospaceGuy36 Do you want me to explain it or do you want me to implement it into the aircraft?
@AerospaceGuy36 I could probably do something like that, if the plane doesn't have a really high part count.
For FT, it depends on the airplane. What kind of FBW system do you need?

But obviously the users on the website would not see them unless you tag them or send them a link.
I believe you can upload up to 10 unlisted planes per day.
