Instead of an activation group, go to XML and for “input” or “inputid” put what you want, then on the button, add “interactionType” and then for the value put in “Toggle”

when I download it, it says I need a separate app to run it (steam and SP aren't an option for some reason) and when I press "find apps" it says there are no apps supported in your region.
