@dawson123 ,That was mine. I removed it because I needed to 'fix' some stuff, then someone added shocks and posted a new version (giving credit to creator, but not me by name).
I don’t mind it as much when they give credit to the original designer… i guess It’s a way for them to learn to do certain things. The other day a guy added shocks to vehicle I created that goes up mountains vertical , not realizing that the shocks made it impossible to do what it was designed for. But I guess he wanted to drive it around as a dune buggy. I took it my own version down to modify it again for re-upload later. You’ll notice that most of the times, people don’t get up votes when their design is based on someone else’s.
@TheEpicMOONHAWK, its a huge drama with VTOL lift off, so I feel your pain. Com & Cot should usually be onto of each other for VTOL to work properly, but that's not always the case. May be try moving or adding a few trusters to the primary hull? The problem is finding that sweet spot for the warp drive engine. With the C4X, I had to keep adjusting the vertical positioning of the engines till I got it just right, but your engines have a huge thrust, so even the slightest adjustment can throw it off. But you can do it. With such I nice build, I wouldn’t give up. Good luck, bro!
Nice detail for a smaller build. A few more gyros and/or engine distribution might make for a more linear flight, but I could be wrong...didn't really look under the hood . Nice job either way, man!
@Zanedavid, thanks! I so wish I could use mods on iOS, because connecting it to a space station would be great. One of my builds from last year was a huge space station, but since both are rocket or VTOL power (no tether, unfortunately), connecting them in a mod seems also impossible. Perhaps when simple rockets 2 comes out on iOS, I’ll try it there.
I would definitely use VTOL power, but your gonna need XML modded engines. Then distribute weight and gyroscopes accordingly (Cot & Com should be on top of each other or damn close)
Watching in slow motion, the bomb ‘sleave’ surrounding the actual cleaver rattles with the wind shear. The problem might be that you have a detached as well as a pylon.
Nice design!
@yoshicraze, thanks!
Cool!

2 upvotes....lol
Neat looking set of wheels!
This is really cool! Might want to add an extra chute to the vehicle, so it doesn't get damages, but otherwise, it really is a great idea!
@dawson123, here is my original before I made it public... https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/4TZ0P7/Mountain-Climber

And many, many thanks for the spotlights. It’s a great way to spread all of the fun, hard work that comes from everyone playing the game.
Nice! And very cool logo on the side.

Your planes are really unique, my friend...and they fly smoothly!
Well deserved!
Awesome design!
Thanks for all the up votes, friends!
