@AtlasAir747MyBeloved a dodge demon 170 with some modifications can beat a Bugatti chiron also 400kmh isn't very fast it's only around 248 mph so a dodge demon 170 with a couple modifications will smoke one easily also the precision to snatch a bag out of someone's hands mid air going 240+ mph will make it practically impossible so pretty much your not gonna succeed the dodge demon 170s top speed is 214 but noone has found the true top speed and with some minor adjustments not even 200 bucks worth of them.... That demons gonna smoke your Bugatti

the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be and where it
was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation,
which is called error.
