I figured out a way for it to reach 4 knots without blowing up, just use the parachute when you start shaking violently and slow down for a second, increase the throttle to max once it's not shaking and you should be good. Release the parachute at 3 knots. Make sure to retract landing gear once you're off the ground or else you'll blow up.

I see the issue. You didn't attach the Detacher, which you can find underneath the "Gizmos" tab, or weapons tab. Not sure which one of the 2. Just attach the Detacher to the bottom of your plane THEN attach the bombs.
