I figured out a way for it to reach 4 knots without blowing up, just use the parachute when you start shaking violently and slow down for a second, increase the throttle to max once it's not shaking and you should be good. Release the parachute at 3 knots. Make sure to retract landing gear once you're off the ground or else you'll blow up.
