@Sarpanitu Thanks. I love these types of challenges! Apart for the fuel tanks and containers this has truck loads of mods and XML edits etc. Super good fun to build!
Same issue. If set upa rotor as manual ie. control prop without a governor, its not bad, but requires a lot of finicky handling with prop pitch and throttle so engines don’t overspeed... painful @PyrusEnderhunter
@PyrusEnderhunter I tried making a quad copter, but very difficult to get the propellers really controllable (up/down and left /right etc.) so I went for jet engines and RCNs instead.
For the main rotors you will need more power to the main engine. Or you could try increasing the weight - check the white bands on each blade - try doubling the weight.
For the rear rotor, just need to increase max rpm from 350 to something higher.
There are two joint rotators on the main prop... change from 10 degrees to say 15 or 20 this is for lift. And then one could copy one of the gyro’s and have 3 of them which will increase pitch/roll/yaw.
Making these changes may provide what seems to be more respinsive control, however I think it will be to ‘touchy’ when you are are flying close to the ground or landing on carriers etc.
This is really well done, good job! It looks AND flies great.
A couple of notes...; The wings have been scaled, it looks like the height mainly - when they are not scaled 1 to 1 eg. 1,1,1 to 0.2,.0.2,.0.2 then the control surfaces can look a but odd when in use. The only tip is really scale each axis the same and you won't get get this. It also means you will need less wing area.
Camera's and cockpits... Your cockpit is great as is the gun sight. I know its difficult to find one spot for the cockpit view that shows everything, and typically one needs to design the cockpit for this. In any case, what you have is super.
Again a minor tip... braking when landing. You can set the brake torque on the front wheels to zero and beef up the rear wheel torque. This will stop the plane from nose diving when braking after landing.
@TheLatentImage Thank you
Very cool - do they move? @Ichko
Yep, and thanks @Gravity

@iLikeipads
Looks like you put some effort into this... looks great and not bad driving it around!
Well done... looks and works fine!
Neat

@PyrusEnderhunter Something you can fly around the place?!? Like a quad copter but using a jet engine instead.
@PyrusEnderhunter What do you mean?
@EpicPigster1 Very well done again... looks, functions and flies great! Love folding wings.
@Awsomur Thank you, you're very kind.
@Sarpanitu Thanks, good review. I'm doing one more as well just because. And I didn't realise it could already be hooked up!!!!
@AtomicCashew I had it built already, so maybe thats not so fair... sorry.
Looks great and love the tracks!!!!
Very nice
Love how it flies! feels authentic
Very well done - love all of the details and features!!!

Love the gun sight - very cool!
I was looking everywhere for the type of plane this was but could not pin it down 100% - Well done on both!
Very nice, and few firsts in your design/build I reckon...
So good! Now one of my favourites!
@IAmMyBoss Thanks
I don’t think so... @Fjorge
They can easy... do you have FineTuner MOD installed ?
@ACMECo1940
Worm,,, hmm...
@DarthAbhinav
'lounge a bit' - what does this mean????
@ACMECo1940
Siri - enough is enough you YOU U UUUUU are fired.
hehehe... so baadd (good)
Let me know how it flies
@shipster
Thanks again
@Awsomur
@Awsomur YAY some one like my drinking bird!!!!!!!
Will do... I totally hear you!
@furryfan101
My first post!
@dootdootbananabus
Just in front of main rotor - nudged downwards... @Aaron2107
Thanks :)
@corsair013
Easy to do... I had them plus rocket pods on an earlier version. Surley you can install them? @furryfan101

I think you are probably right
@DarthAbhinav
Point taken..... but... what happens when SimpleRockets2 comes out??? this will probably divide my, and I'm sure others, gaming time!!!
