I used to have a Kei truck when I was 16 but like I'm too tall now and its wheel literally hits my thighs when I am driving.... They're quite cute and really fuel efficient, but I'm sticking with my civic now
Life is an ever ebbing, ever flowing
As if a canvas ever changing
Some things stay for a lifetime
Others only stay for a temporary time
Yet none of it is set in stone
The only one who knows is time alone
Everything in life is fleeting
But that's part of what gives life its meaning
And even though our game has matured
And it feels like its slow decay is ensured
Its community lives on
The heart of SimplePlanes lives on
As life ebbs and flows
The passion of devs comes and goes
Their impact with the game is here to stay
In the hearts and minds of those who did play
Through this game, memories were made
Friendships and bonds were formed by creations made
Those are the things we can cherish
Even if the game does perish
Yet while we're still on the last lights of day
Only the community can help it stay

Even if it's a still picture in the endless ebbing and flowing of eternal time.
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes I do agree with you, the game is old, but the choices we make and what we choose to do with it is ours ans ours alone.... The Devs also have that freedom to choose and they hold the keys to the game... It's already a blessing that they tried to move the game to a newer engine (correct me if I am wrong) so the game can at least be run on a few more generations of hardware ahead...
And that's part of the reason why the post about Community updates was made and personally I support it as a way of the community keeping the game alive
But even without community updates, we as the players can keep the game alive by continuing to play it, maybe even share a bit of the game with friends to still keep it getting new players... At least that also helps the community stay alive
I may be a little late to the party, but I had my aircraft curated, then noticed it had an issue with the alignment of the wings so I updated the XML and lost the curation
@ShinyGemsBro after the Oratrice Mechanique D'analyse Cardinale stopped working Neuvilette decided to take delivery of its spare parts in his own hands
The bigger problem to this "Trend" is that it gets harder to determine which crashes did indeed happen irl or not, because even the shorts give vague warnings that the crashes are fictional.... In fact some just don't warn at all... Sure you can fact check through google but that just defeats the purpose of the whole video being a short
@Monarchii may I have a submission to the PEA series? I have a biplane in the works which has 72 parts (can reduce if I take out the text decals). I'd like to submit this to the series
@CR929thenewSPplayer Thank you
@SILVERPANZER this is awesome, I'll drive it
@SILVERPANZER thank you very much
@SILVERPANZER Alright, I appreciate it, it works on mobile right?
@SILVERPANZER please tag me on it

As a car enthusiast
Here's the best I can do with no mods
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes i see, which means the game could run on later hardware?
I'd like to say this in a poem...

Context:
So I went and redownloaded my SLN-17 and noticed the VTOL nozzles on the tail react to pitch..... So I pushed the limits on it
It doesn't have roll axis and yaw axis TVC as it is 5 years old and I dont plan on updating the xml
@Zaineman the most stable I've gotten without a fly by wire system (definately not too lazy to code one)
@Monarchii it only has 86 parts so I might make it LPA
Thank you @AndrewGarrison for the upvote
O M G @AndrewGarrison Thank you for the upvote (and curation)
@JuliaAircraft looking forward to more builds
@V I see, Thank you though
@DISHWASHER2005 perhaps there will be an MP server full of the glass planes.....
Still fragile though
Plen coming soon, will release main version with invisible version
Fixing the flight dynamics of this thing was a serious nightmare
