@tarikGR I actually plan on making a challenge of my own similar to this one. Stay tuned!
*
Also, did you base the podium stats on your own opinion, or the number of upvotes given to each aircraft? Just curious.
@1010HI1020 I don't know how to convert the value to miles per hour, since it's automatically set to meters per second in the funky trees, but you would want:
*
GS>50 ? value if true : value if false
@Zaineman true, it is hard to do PSM without thrust vectoring, although I will say I have done it before. It's just really hard to restabilize. Also, impressive skills; both in aesthetic design and its functionality.
@AndrewGarrison don't worry, this game is truly wonderful as it is.
However, the only thing missing from this would be an online multiplayer mode (without the need for a mod). Dunno what that takes to get working, but hopefully you guys can do it!
Very nice, but if you want my expert opinion...
*
1: I don't know if you intend to, but this aircraft desperately needs some kind of afterburner. I assume you want it Mach-capable, correct?
*
2: If no afterburner, then maybe just slightly increase the engine power. Slightly.
*
3: Most importantly, look at all of your parts that cause drag. The game will actually tell you what's creating the most drag so that you can use XML (or Overload) to decrease the drag on those parts.
*
Other than that, Imma spotlight this beautiful creation.
@Khanskaya I mean yeah, you can do that, but I'm a nitpicky kind of guy who prefers more realistic physics with aircraft. If you wanna make it accelerate at a more reasonable pace while still having a high top speed, I'd recommend decreasing engine power, along with cutting down drag on some of your parts. The game will actually mark in red which parts are creating the most drag.
