@MrSilverWolf it is indeed! The engine nacelles just happen to be my favourite little bit haha. I'm afraid I don't know very much at all about finding miniatures of planes
@CarlosDanger13 hold down the power and volume down buttons together for one second. Once you've taken the screenshot, upload it to somewhere like imgur, and then use this format:

It's important to remember that you need to use the URL of the specific image, not just the page of the image.
@CarlosDanger13 this is the forum post that brought inline images to the SimplePlanes community. Welcome to a very small piece of SP history, I guess haha. Anyway, what device do you have? Once I know that, I can tell you how to take screenshots
@CarlosDanger13 you can already do that. Take a screenshot however you would normally do it on your device, upload it to somewhere like imgur, and then use the same format as usual
@AviownCorp nothing clever. All I did was change the wing profiles in the stabilisers - the inside sections are symmetric now, and the outside sections are semi-symmetric. It just gives the back of the plane a little bit more lift to balance it out.
@Nickasaurus flat bottom (or any other wing types) don't affect stability, though. They're for when a wing is at zero angle of attack, but when pitching, you have a non-zero angle of attack and it's now the wing area which dominates. We want less stability if we want to turn faster, just not so little that the plane is unflyable.
@Nickasaurus actually it should be closer; pitch wobble is caused by the control surfaces trying to pitch harder than the airframe can handle. Reducing the stability of the plane (moving the centres closer together) lets it pitch more easily. That and reducing the size of the control surfaces are the things to do.
@dubstep you're going to go through the folders in this exact order. If you get stuck at a step, tell me which one it is that you're stuck at, and also copy the address of the folder you're in so I can see it.

If you got this far, you're now in the right folder. If you got stuck trying to find AppData, it's because AppData is hidden. At the top of File Explorer, there are four tabs - "File", "Home", "Share", and "View". Click View. If you look around in the options that that opened, you will see a checkbox for "Hidden items". Make sure this is checked. It should make AppData appear.
To be clear: AppData is hidden because you normally don't want to change anything in it. Do not change anything you don't understand.
You can change the power through xml edits - and you'll need to if you want to use it as a helicopter rotor - but opening the settings of the prop after that will reset it to the maximum normal amount you can get.
@MrBackstabby I take... Suggestions haha. I have a long list of planes I want to make, and not the time to make them. There's no real order to it, though, so your suggestion will be considered
@BRuthless you might already know this, but just incase you don't: intakes still work when hidden behind structural panels and wings. Not fuselage or engines, but it can still be helpful for hiding them
@AnarchistAerospaceIndustries it's kinda complex just now, but they've said that they're aiming to make it as user-friendly as they can before releasing it. However, it's not my mod, so I can't say exactly what the plan is
In addition to what jsaret mentioned, there is a multiplayer mod in the works for PC. It requires that people host their own servers, rather than having centralised ones
@MrBackstabby I can't do it either without adding some RCNs, but I know a few better pilots than me have pulled it off. It's actually reasonably stable in a hover, so what you need to do is approach your landing area low, pull up hard until you're vertical, bring the power down to about 65%, and descend slowly like that.
Hades is an interesting one, because he's not the ancient Greek version of Satan that he's commonly portrayed as - sure, the Greeks feared him and didn't want to speak his name, but that was because of his association with death, not evil. Hades was the lord of the underworld, the collection of places that the spirits of the dead go to. Note that I said lord of the underworld, not death. The god/personification of death was Thanatos. Hades watched over the dead and guarded Tartarus, where the old enemies of the Olympian gods, the titans, were imprisoned.
By the standards of the Olympian gods, Hades was actually one of the nicest guys going. He kidnapped Persephone to be his wife, but he was actually pretty good to her and she did love him in return. Contrast this to Zeus tricking women at every opportunity and Poseidon's fits of rage, and really Hades was alright.
@BRuthless looking good! I like what you've done with the intake on the front, but there may be an easier way - if the front of an engine is exposed, it actually also acts as an intake. You might be able to use a J90 for that
@Flightsonic right... one of the Jundroo videos explains it, but first off you need the input controller component on your part. That should show up in the .xml that defines your part, and you can see it in the one for the smoke emitters here. You can then have behaviours in the behaviour script do stuff based on that
@MrSilverWolf it is indeed! The engine nacelles just happen to be my favourite little bit haha. I'm afraid I don't know very much at all about finding miniatures of planes
@AviownCorp hehe
Comet, definitely. Those engines are gorgeous.

This will work: http://i.imgur.com/gypKUB3.png
This won't: http://i.imgur.com/gypKUB3
Similarly, for google image search:
This won't work: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=morgan+aero+8&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=705&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj92YWXpoPLAhWGaRQKHV2vA2EQ_AUIBigB#imgrc=BxnLZPxkUfNg6M%3A
But if I click view image, I get the link that will: http://pictures.topspeed.com/IMG/crop/201503/2015-morgan-aero-8-21_1600x0w.jpg
+2ENHANCE!
@AviownCorp I have a supercharged minigun that would be perfect for the job hahaha
@AviownCorp well I have to admit, it is pretty fun every so often...
@CarlosDanger13 this is the forum post that brought inline images to the SimplePlanes community. Welcome to a very small piece of SP history, I guess haha. Anyway, what device do you have? Once I know that, I can tell you how to take screenshots
+2@CarlosDanger13 I'm going to move this to a separate post so we don't clog up Aviown's one. I'll tag you
@CarlosDanger13 you can already do that. Take a screenshot however you would normally do it on your device, upload it to somewhere like imgur, and then use the same format as usual
@AviownCorp I don't use weapons very much, I just like flying and building haha
@AviownCorp nothing clever. All I did was change the wing profiles in the stabilisers - the inside sections are symmetric now, and the outside sections are semi-symmetric. It just gives the back of the plane a little bit more lift to balance it out.
@AviownCorp two old British jetfighters:
English Electric Lightning
and de Havilland Sea Vixen
For anyone that sees this and wants a taster of Aviown's planes, here are my favourites of the ones I tried:
Shikari
Cranky
Black Mamba
Sleek
Cross between the Lightning and the Sea Vixen?
Heh, it's fun to fly this one really slowly, it's like a blimp or a manta ray
@AviownCorp flying very nicely! It stays a little more level with the wing profiles like this, though
Also I'm sorry I forgot to look at your planes when I said I would!
Nice job on this one, I love cranked deltas
I like this one a lot, it's like a Cold War era development of the late-WWII Horten concepts
@T0PD0GDEFENSIVECO have you reported the copied designs?
@amazingperson124

@DuhNinju it is, I just prefer "xml editing" to "modding" to distinguish it from actual mods made with Unity

That odd line structure
Made me think that your post was
A haiku. Not quite.
Can't test just yet, but the looks alone earn my vote
@MrBackstabby I take... Suggestions haha. I have a long list of planes I want to make, and not the time to make them. There's no real order to it, though, so your suggestion will be considered
@SelectAKey go for it mate, that's what the successor system is for. I appreciate you asking, though
@AnarchistAerospaceIndustries I'll check it out properly when I've got some time later
@BRuthless you might already know this, but just incase you don't: intakes still work when hidden behind structural panels and wings. Not fuselage or engines, but it can still be helpful for hiding them

@BRuthless hmm, that is rather troublesome. I hope you can find a solution, it looks excellent
In addition to what jsaret mentioned, there is a multiplayer mod in the works for PC. It requires that people host their own servers, rather than having centralised ones
@Manboy2 the last one went on for about six hours, you'll probably be able to catch at least some of it
@AndrewGarrison magic, thank you very much for your efforts on that
@MrBackstabby I can't do it either without adding some RCNs, but I know a few better pilots than me have pulled it off. @DelphFoxFan mate that's rugby haha
Mod policy is to remove any swearing, so use the report function wherever you see it
I found that a strong dihedral for the wings that are in the water helped on mine. Also spreading the points further apart, I guess
@AndrewGarrison done
@Seeras did you ever get a response to this? I'm having the same problem, and I know at least one other user is too

@WalrusAircraft don't worry, it was definitely quite popular enough while it was on the front page haha. Thanks for the vote
Ich kann nicht viel Deutsch sprechen, konnen wir Englisch sprechen?
Are you playing on iOS?
@Blueshark03 cheers!
