@UnknownNate I'm currently working on a road that loops round and joins back onto itself. I'm tempted to put a custom AI on it so you can give it a race or something. But it might take a while to do and might not be as good as it sounds, but it's worth a shot! Unfortunately, I don't think I'd be able to do a dedicated race.
.
@GINGER01 Turrets that operate are a bit out of my league, although I could add bunkers with tanks inside next to a beach if that would suffice?
.
@SkrillEclipse It's doable. Although, it might be better to just group that up as a city? Having too many objects with physics can cause lag, so I'd have to make a compromise. People really like the buildings on my last map and a few people want me to implement them again.
.
@Dimetrodonscantfly That would be too difficult for me to code. However, I MIGHT be able to make an aircraft hanger with an aircraft in.
.
@Mod A cove with a lighthouse is doable. I can probably model one up and import it. And I could have a go at making some farmland/ranches, I'm not sure what kind of toll it will take on resources though if I were to put fences up everywhere.
.
@TehNewDucky That's doable! It's reminiscent of my last map where AA tanks were on the outside of the city, but if you came in at certain angles, the AA tanks would hit the buildings and make them fall apart.
.
@EternalDarkness Done!
@Eckosong Adding a lot of tall trees might be problematic for rendering, however, I could redo what I did on flanker airport and make it surrounded by mountains?
@DisferGoatz More detail means more resources taken up, so if I go bigger, I have to reduce the detail in order to compensate. And I should point out that these are improvements regarding my last map, where the buildings were destructible and consisted of grey blocks XD
@though The more effort you put into aircraft the more upvotes you tend to get. I think it shows when you put a number of hours into a single build rather than a few minutes.
@Booster456 all you seem to have done is add engines. This among the community, is regarded as copying and this rule breaking. You haven't at all changed anything about the actual aircraft and adding a lot of one thing like guns or engines is not considered a development from the predecessor. The actual fuslage of the craft remains exactly the same as well.

@TheFlyingSqurriel "Joined 28 minutes ago". You certainly found me in record time. Wondering if this is an inside job to try and dethrone me from the SimplePlanes website XD
@kukimuki1234 I advise contacting A developer through the Contact Link and explain your problem through a message. As a moderator, I'm unable to help you, which is why I suggest the above.
The limit is in place, due to users complaining about the amount of mass produced planes with little quality. The rule was discussed between moderators and developers before being set in stone, all of which agreed the site would benefit from such a rule as users will be more likely to spend more time on aircraft, thus increasing their quality.
.
Unless there's some sort of revolution, which I doubt there will be because of the number of users agreeing with the change, I can't say the rule is going to change anytime soon.
@antARBY5000 consider this a warning. Hate speech is frowned upon in this community and in this instance violates two rules, including language NSFW. Kids use this site too, so please refrain from any kind of toxic behaviour, failure to do so will result in further action being taken.

@Eckosong it flies too fast, but there's a weird feature about this plane. When I fly it it seems to has two top speeds. If you ease the throttle up, you should notice that it seems to reach a top speed, where further throttle increase doesn't do a whole lot, but then once you pass a certain point, it continues to accelerate rapidly until it reaches its actual top speed. Odd. The top speed of this is actually too fast compared to the real thing's theoretical top speed, but any lower than the one I used and the nose pitches downward.
@Flightsonic I know, I accidentally hit the remove post because of my internet lagging (it does that when SP is open). I accidentally clicked to the side of the download button before the mod menu came up, then thinking I was in the clear I clicked on the drop down menu to edit the description, just as the mod menu opened, so instead of clicking on edit, I clicked on remove post! @jpower You missed my point. I personally have no problem with you commenting/upvoting on planes from low rank users, good on you, it's nice to see the community doing what it can to prop up the new users. BUT, that's NOT what Latent and I are trying to get you to see.
.
The point is, you called out users to vote and comment on planes that you yourself have NOT commented or upvoted on, which is hypocritical, no matter how you cut it. The excuse that "it keeps them untouched" is quite frankly, the WORST excuse I've heard for not upvoting an upload. They aren't endangered animals, they aren't Pandora's box and they certainly don't need to have their descriptions read out on you local wildlife trust's next board meeting. They're planes. The planes of low ranked users at that. You called pulled them up and said: "hey look at these, upvote and comment on them." which is good. BUT. The fact you literally called everyone else out for not doing something that you yourself aren't doing on the planes YOU called out, to be blunt, is rude and hypocritical.
.
"But the feelings of new players is just something you cannot feel anymore." Up until a few months ago, I was a nobody on this site. I still remember what it was like and earlier posts confirm this: I did not in the slightest bit care for how many points I got. I uploaded planes because I liked to and I thought it would be nice for the select few that did notice me to try out what I was bringing to the table. Sure, it was nice to have upvotes and comments, but they were few and far between, and that didn't matter. What get's you noticed is blood sweat and tears. You have to integrate with the community, help others out, and most importantly be resilient and patient. You don't sit there winging, wining and waiting for people to give you a special shout out. Arguably, what you're doing is singling out your preferences on what's good without consideration for others and giving them special attention that they probably don't deserve. That's not promotion, that's manipulation of the site and the ranks of the members, which in my humble opinion is morally wrong.
.
I'm done here. Ask for other mod's if you want, no doubt they'll say roughly the same as Latent and I have said.
@jpower Those planes aren't some kind of Pandora's box that if touched lets all hell loose. No it's not easy being a low ranked player. I know, I had to stick it out for about a year as a bronze player and I had nobody backing up my creations apart from about five followers.
.
And you've just countered yourself again: "I would have quit by now if a few certain big players had not helped me and gave me some advice". Which is exactly what you haven't done for these players. They need advise and encouragement, how do you think they feel when the one person that tries to promote their stuff hasn't even bothered to comment or upvote it? That would cheese me off to no end.
.
I respect your intentions and that you want to give the low ranked users a help in hand, but to be brutally honest, you've gone about it in completely the wrong way.
@jpower I'm going to have to agree with Latent on this. I know you want low profile players to be recognised, but as pointed out it it's kind of hypocritical to call people out for missing these planes they should be commenting on and upvoting on when you don't actually do that either.
.
And the excuse seems somewhat off the top of your head, like you were called out for something and then made something up to counter it. "Raw and untouched". If that's the case I fully expect David Attenborough to be narrating the description of these planes in their natural habitat.

@UnknownNate Like a salt lake? I recall a mod suggesting that regarding my last map, but I must have forgotten!
@BaconEggs Again, a crashed plane might take up resources, but I could make a low poly model of a random plane and use that?
@Eckosong Adding a lot of tall trees might be problematic for rendering, however, I could redo what I did on flanker airport and make it surrounded by mountains?
@Jetspeed1001 Kind of, I can make them so when they're hit by a projectile, the split off into large blocks and fall down.
@DisferGoatz More detail means more resources taken up, so if I go bigger, I have to reduce the detail in order to compensate. And I should point out that these are improvements regarding my last map, where the buildings were destructible and consisted of grey blocks XD
@SeraphimVault Terrain is by default square and looks a bit odd if it's floating. However, I could make an island with an underground network in it?
@though The more effort you put into aircraft the more upvotes you tend to get. I think it shows when you put a number of hours into a single build rather than a few minutes.
@Ethan247 can you tag me in said car? As a mod I need evidence before I take any sort of action.

@Johndfg Material design is a layout that android uses. To be honest it's quite nice, but it would be a tad unfair on IOS users.
