There have been many complaints about this site lately, and though I don't agree with most of them, THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. If there is a reason the points below haven't been addressed, please let me know :)
The website needs to be revamped! It needs user friendly interfaces and useful things in the website. Things I personally think the site NEEDS are:
-Bios and more options to edit your profile
-Being able to see your followers (you can have an option if you want to be seen or not
-Notifivations for forum posts.

Things I would LOVE to see are:
-Stats and other info about your profile (total plane downloads, upvotes, etc)
-Folders to organize planes into
-Possibly recommended for you planes (based off the tags of planes you download or upvote) not sure if this is a good idea though
-Groups or hangouts certain players can for to talk about different subjects
-'Clubs' players can join and create. Haven't thought out that idea much but I think it could be cool. On second thought, I probably wouldn't work out, but it might??

The devs MIGHT be working on some website updates, but in case they aren't, help get this post recognized, and comment your opinions!

@Clawsome I like those ideas, as long as there is also a grouping of builds by players lower levels than you too, so they get some support
Also, maybe a place to see planes uploaded by people closer to your point level. (Maybe just color groupings). That way, they might be closer to your skill level to some degree. I might also Add that builds too big to run on mobile should be grouped elsewhere too.

@Delphinus you have some good points... Maybe there could be an option so when people check their followers you could be seen as 'anonymous'. But then again, maybe it just shouldn't be a feature
@jamesPLANESii I get what your saying, but if the sucky planes are also getting tons of upvotes, and if the person has a ton if subs, they could potentially have a better score too. I think the score thing would work really well in some aspects, but it might be too complex for other players to understand.
and i would like the option to highlight one of your own forum posts so it is on your front page
@Delphinus i have a way to talk to some players and one of them is for mods so i think the add our email, number, etc. is a good idea because some of us just want to talk.
Stats, search and the about i agree about majorly.
One of the ways of people talking to other people is usually Messenger, Google, and Kik because it is real time and works better.

@jamesPLANESii I totally agree with that. Maybe not a strait ratio of points to total planes but definitely we need something better than the current point system
We have a google hangouts chat already
My point is that the "millions of sucky planes" people won't get as good scores as the "only plane is good plane" people. @MikuKat
@jamesPLANESii Then someone could post alot of bad planes, make many alts and then follow themselves
I can totally get behind the organization of downloaded planes; plus searching would be easier (which shouldn't be a custom Google search engine). Not sure about the clubs, guilds, factions though, might get a bit elitistie. The bio/profiles would be great! As an aviation profesional, I really would like to know who all these great aviation ideas are coming from. Cheers mate.
But the point is that if you upload 100,000,000 planes that suck and don't work, you're gonna get heaps more points than just uploading 1 stupendously awesome plane that gets heaps of upvotes. @Johndfg
@jamesPLANESii maybe there could be a secondary point level. But I feel like if someone upvotes your plane, you deserve it.
I Wish that your point level is a ratio between the amount of planes you've built versus the amount of followers you have versus the amount of upvotes your planes get. That will stop controversial point levels.

@Johndfg Material design is a layout that android uses. To be honest it's quite nice, but it would be a tad unfair on IOS users.
