@CrestelAeronautics Theta doesn't have any satellites.
She scanned the planet herself. With her onboard scanners on the battleship while she was still in space.

Her sensors allowed her to scan the whole planet before she made contact with mankind.
I don't think she'll have any problems spotting cloaked aircraft

But since you wanted it manual, there's two I know of you can do for optical camo. Either through the use of the ooga-booga pistons and weightless fuselage blocks with matching colors, or the use of text decals that change upon a flick of a switch.

I've seen builds with the second option but forgot which ones they are, unfortunately
@CrestelAeronautics Well just paint the underside in a shade of blue since that's what the sky mostly is.
Cause as far as I know you can't really link rotators or pistons connected to matching fuselage blocks with the weather.

The Sirens have already fled from Wright after the TFMGAC conducted a massive air raid over Port Monarchii Royal. There were only two Siren vessels present and haven't summoned the rest of their kind yet to attack
You just bombarded civilian ports with rescue efforts already going on
