@Th3Missil3 That's meant to happen. You can only hard brake below 120 knots until a full stop. If you landed above 150 knots, just braketap until it's safe.
Sadly only stock miniguns are able to do this.
I've tried with various firing speeds using a functioning rotary cannon and it's nigh-impossible to match the firerate with the rpm of the barrels. I've yet to see someone synchronize the two to make a perfect gatling gun.
On that note, I did just make the barrels fake. The actual firing is done by a cannon set in the middle of the weapon with firingDelay set to 0 for the fastest firerate you can get. Add 6 more duplicate cannons, glue them to the same spot, and you have yourself a simulated gatling gun.
Unless you know how to mod, these features you came up with aren't gonna happen.
You're probably out of the loop but SP will have it's final update soon. Just minor fixes and additions. After that, the game has pretty much stopped at a brick wall and won't move from there anymore.
Wouldn't really call it "special" but rather it means your build is approved or is pending to be approved for VR. It's on it's way to appear in the list of usable builds in SPVR.

Reminds me of that deception ops the U.S Army did back in WW2 where they lined up inflatable M4 Shermans and had troops stationed with them to make it look like an actual combat unit was there.
