The zooming works now.
And same as what PFX said, the zooming issue's only with mouse users.

Overall, it's fixed. Just sucks for us using a mouse lmao.
Edit: It seems the map resets back to Wright when I zoom out after moving to a different location. Even just remotely off 0 X axis.
The map breaks whenever I zoom out, and stays stuck if zoomed in with a blue quarter circle

Other than that, it pretty much works fine as long as it isn't zoomed
This can happen with just about any AI plane the game can spawn automatically.
Even the stock tanker can spawn in with a semi-aggressive behavior and start chasing to try and ram you while you're on the ground or in the sky.

Stock Enemy fighters too. They'll give chase but not open fire unless you lock/attack them first.
