@Walrus001 sorry I’m late lol.
Good job on making thumbnails, but one small tip is to take the screenshots with the light shining on the side of the plane that you’re photographing. This prevents shadows from falling onto the plane, making it more visible and attractive.
Also set the time to 08.00/16.00 to get the best effects
@ToeTips np lol.
If you think of something you want to make, just do it. Don’t let things like people complaining about internet points stop your ideas
@HuskyDynamics01 he does deserve credit though, because no other person combined these 3 parts in such a way that so easily related to all 30,000 people of the SimplePlanes community. Those who upvoted did so because they never thought about this simple yet wonderful idea.
Sometimes, ideas, no matter how simple, lie right under our noses. And honestly, the person who is able to take the smallest, the most overlooked, the craziest ideas, and turn them into a reality, is the future of our society’s greatness, because he is the one who does the very things no one else would even dream of.
(also would tag starmango but I think it’s too late now)
I saw that post, may or may not have written an essay to retaliate.
Anyways, it’s been removed. If you click on the link, you’ll find yourself on the homepage.
So, to announce that you don't have time to make features, you make features. It doesn't make much sense.
Also, I doubt that the devs want to give up on SP, since some of them are still involved in SPBC (the main Discord server). It's just that they'll need about 2 years-ish to sort out all the Juno bugs and wait for the initial hype to die down, before they consider any updates.
@Randomplayer there are only 187 F-22s in the world. On absolutely no grounds would the US Air Force give any of those precious jets to the Blue Angels
I would say the cockpit is actually pretty well-done. The only issue is that your rudder (tail) is extremely out of proportion, ruining the look of the build. Just keep that in mind next time, and if you’re concerned about keeping things in proportion, use blueprints. @LimeAir
@Walrus001 also, you can take custom screenshots by clicking on the blueprint icon (hidden within the eye icon), adding your screenshot as a blueprint, and then taking a screenshot of that blueprint while publishing.
Or alternatively, follow this tutorial.
Custom screenshots really bring out your builds, and the possibilities are endless.
@LM0418 I mean, his liveries are of a very high standard (he takes 1-2 months to complete each livery) (I’m being extremely specific here), and he’s probably right in that I didn’t use text art this time round, but that doesn’t give him a reason to say what he said.
Although, I myself am guilty of trash-talking other people behind their backs quite often (not you don’t worry), so I understand.
Comments:
- vertical stabiliser looks too small for the aircraft. I know this is SP physics but irl, a tail of this size won’t be able to provide enough roll stability for the aircraft.
- having just 2 large windows in place of small windows at every row is rather impractical since much more air pressure will be exerting forces on each window, increasing the chances of the window shattering and causing a much more massive decompression mid-flight (since now you have a giant hole in your fuselage). Many seats also won’t get a window while some get too much.

I take off, get to cruise altitude and leave the game.
+1In short I pull off an MH370; I don’t land unless I specifically spawn myself on approach.

+1Just disconnect your cockpit from the fuselage using the connections tool, then there shouldn’t be any issues when mirroring
