Did you know that...
There's this game where you're a deranged aeronautical engineer in some strange, geographically unrealistic archipelago and go on a seemingly random quest do construct vehicles to do random challenges and dismantle the infrastructure and disturb the peace of the islands with record-breaking weapons of mass destruction?
Not only that, but you are able to summon and fly aircrafts from the vehicular multiverse at will or upload your crafts to this multiverse, allowing the spread of your creations to strangers across the globe.
Really weird game, don't know if you've heard of it.

@UmbrellaCorporation Building wise I can't really help since I have little experience with that and it is a case-by-case issue, but I imagine it would involve a lot fuselage cutting and hollow fuselages.
For the FT though, I would try using the TargetSelected and SelectedWeapons on a hinge. TargetSelected | SelectedWeapon="name of weapon in bay" ? 1 : 0 is pretty basic, but it should be a good starting point.
...I'm not sure the triebflugel is the best aircraft to prove your point.
But yeah, what geek1love said.
Plus, even if they allow the non-afterburning jets to be used, that still doesn't stop you from using post-WW2 jets.
@ThatKindaWeeb idk lol
If you're referring to the ability to convert it into other Su-27 derivatives, that kinda just comes with the way the real Su-27 family is.
Well, rise and run are dependent on the length of the fuselage, but luckily, it is proportional. Just divide the total rise/run by the number of pieces.
Ex: If you have 2 fuselage blocks and you want a total .5 rise, you just do .5/2=.25 rise each.
In this case, you have 23 pieces and want a total .25 run, so .25/23=0.1086956521 run for each block.
Obviously, you can't get it perfect (I think SP only allows around 4 or 5 decimal places), but it should be close.
Although, I'm not sure why you need fuselage blocks that are so small...
Or at least I think that's what you're asking. :) If not, a pic would help.
@PriyanshuGM It's quite maneuverable, just very unstable :v
It can out dogfight pretty much all my current gen (F-2A onwards flight model wise) aircraft except maybe the F-16C and MiG-29A.
@AndrewGarrison I'm trying to update the XML for the craft, but I can't seem to get it to work.
I put the 6 digit code into the "url=" in the XML file, but when I update it I get a website error. I'm assuming that goes there since when I download the XML, that 6 digit code is there?
@Korzalerke Yeah, this thing is nasty in low speed turning fights if you can manage the instability.
I too enjoy pitting planes against each other a la Growling Sidewinder style :)
A random person that isn't very active proposes a FIVE THOUSAND dollar project that despite having costed $2000 to film already, no one here seems to have known about.
Real or not, I'm not sure what you were expecting.
If it is real, I'm all for more SP video content and I hope the production quality will be as good as the cost entails.

The definitely not a Concorde (tm)

@UmbrellaCorporation I may or may not have an answer
I think something is a week away
+1Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
+1@Ffffgdxv cool
@X99STRIKER Sorry to disappoint :v
This would be great for invasion stripes
Literally unplayable
Custom missions would be awesome.
+1Sure, modding exists, but an intuitive way to make missions would go a long way for replayability.
floggers
+2Is this the trailer for when they add decals?
+13Obligatory "I hate this thing in War Thunder" comment

I don't play on mobile, so I dunno how it is for you guys

Listening to/watching this might provide some inspiration

Plot twist: Giorgio Montagner designed it
+7@Kangy Thanks!
+1I've never really cared much about cockpits personally, but I have been considering doing low-fidelity cockpits.
