The G4 stands for Generation 4, which refers to the build quality.
Gen 0: Prior to DC-10-30 Air Tanker
Gen 1: Up to F-100D
Gen 2: Up to A-10C V2.0
Gen 3: Up to F-22A V2.0
Gen 4: This onwards
To correct for roll, you'll probably need to use SenSkysh's code. The instructions are linked in the comments of this post. But basically, it requires using vector calculus and spherical coordinates.

The problem with the RPM variable is that it doesn't account for propeller rotation not produced by the engine.
i.e. If your engine is off (the prop is not spinning) and you roll, the propeller won't rotate with the plane. The RPM variable will still say 0.
That's probably also what's causing your props to collide when you roll
