@Othawne Im working on a revamp of this with new wing tips, entire tail and fin, float body and numerous other improvements, now your competition says, "Entry must be a new build. Upgrades of old builds will not be accepted" would a complete rework be acceptable or should i just post it outside of your competition? (im not bothered either way). If you want to see some of the alts just let me know and ill post an unlisted version.
@Tw1st3dPs7ch0 a single rocket has next to no power though. You connect the build to the long back side of the build and the rocket on the fat bottom bit, use one of my rockets as I've disabled the autoexplode bit
@Othawne yes i agree with that statement, but if i was to design a fictional ww2 biplane would this be acceptable? Things like the Polikarpov I-153 was a 1939 design so i was thinking of a fictional successor (or something along those lines)
@Othawne so no WW2 builds? i was thinking 1940s ish but it doesnt meet your criteria?
World War 1: Aircraft designed and/or used during the First World War.
Interwar period: Aircraft designed and/or used during 1920s and 1930s.
Modern biplane: Post-WW2 designs.
@Leviatham make all the bits you use have 0 weight and 0 drag (with drag disabled as well) once you get it built you can add drag and weight as required in a controlled manually thus removing autoroll etc.
@sheepsblood the detacher has 3 connection points, from memory the small bit goes to the plane, the long back has a connection point for the custom missile to attach to.
@Zippy6 lol, so I've used the fuselage on this build (and it was the bv 215 btw) and built new wings, tail, rear end, altered flap mechanism etc etc. Nothing wrong with that.
shrink a wing panel down to something like 0.2, it retains the same aerodynamic controls as the full size just easier to hide in a fuselage block, have a look at some of my recent builds where ive done just that.
B17
@horatio no, no way to do one either due to shape being the majority of the parts.
@Dudminn ah k, had me fooled
@BoganBoganTheMan have a look at how I make trailing edges / wings, if you use a load of inlets of shortening length you can easily make a curve.
Isn't it a storch not a starch? Title has a typo ;)

@horatio try this
@horatio how many parts will your mobile run?
@MILODACAT tank killer
@Type2volkswagen things I didn't end up doing due to being close to part count limit, was going to have opening panels showing inner workings etc.

@MailboxIsMyGender rofl, even after 1yr?
@EternalDarkness Lol, which bit, the bit that says biplane challenge or the polikarpov bit?
@Jacksonian07 I can but probably won't, I've done all the ships I can be bothered with
@Leviatham use overload mod
@Stalinity 3 days ago you said you where going to finish judging, any news?
@Othawne cool, ill give it a go then, hopefully finish before the deadline =)

@GhostHTX gratz on platinum btw.

@GhostHTX better than that, id like to be in a challenge that actually gets a result...
@Leviatham no, hence larger part count. Scaled up pieces cause loading delays from my experience.
@Jacksonian07 mby but there's plenty of them on here already.
@Stalinity how are you getting on with the judging of this?
@sheepsblood the detacher has 3 connection points, from memory the small bit goes to the plane, the long back has a connection point for the custom missile to attach to.
@ASDFASDF1 yeah help yourself
@Zippy6 ?
@Stalinity aw, it didnt lag at all on my pc, sorry.
@Irobert55 ah well, i tried, pity no one else bothered though.
erm its 12.1ft (3.7m) long =)
@Irobert55 did I win by being the only entry?
@jamesPLANESii so it's still doing that, most people still don't use that fix and just post broken links, discord works much easier for me :)
@jamesPLANESii imgur doesn't work properly anymore (unless they have fixed it recently), I just use discord.
What about the detacher? If it's not centre of mass of the rocket it also affects the flight (disable drag on it as well)
@ThePrototype ooo I havnt heard a pulsejet since I was a kid.
@Boundslayer select rockets on the ground attack menu, then fire them.
@Boundslayer what doesn't work?
@BlitzBombers ?
@Chancey21 @Spitfirelad05 thanks guys =)
@ASDFASDF1 to snowstone and back, landed with 16% fuel left.
@ASDFASDF1 but it doesn't have low fuel... it has one big tank in the did and 2 smaller ones in the wing tips plus other bits of the have fuel in....
@Zippy6 lol, so I've used the fuselage on this build (and it was the bv 215 btw) and built new wings, tail, rear end, altered flap mechanism etc etc. Nothing wrong with that.
@ASDFASDF1 short range? It flies for miles.
@Spitfirelad05 it has outriggers as well, they fold up below the fins.

Just use the track mod, simples
@Bearclaw189 thanks :)
@Toxicareonuatics you found them Eh? ;)
