It's probably attached to more than one point. SP has weird physics, sometimes it doesn't register connection points correctly. I suggest you move around the block a bit.
@QingyuZhou What I will do is replace one of the gondolas with one of those tanker cars. And maybe add a crane to the remaining one, but not a big one.
