Welcome to the friendliest community on the interwebs! For build tips, I recommend using fuselage blocks instead of the default cubes. Fuselage blocks are a little difficult to get used to, but once you understand them, you can make any detail you want.
@CoolPeach is on the right idea. I think that alone, just posting something that you didn't even make by hand, or edit at all, is unoriginal. You can't really do anything with the build, either, it has no function other than receive upvotes.
