@GeneralCorpInc Well quarter is mostly student but country still refer them as young scientist because even thought they still elementary school, they forced to do invention like making homemade rocket, making a genius portable chair or making a good seed for farming.

But i not a war like country back then and i searching another way to pushing the education until quarter of population is scientists (I opened a massive scholarship program and even allocated the defense budget for education.). I also doing collaboration with another country's research team to make my scientists get more experience and smarter. I make a forum all about it and inform everyone, so i really transparently show how my scientists grow and get smart. And show them it need big cost to do it.

The point is, i at least "try" explaining how i make my scientists smarter so i can justify "i can make this because my scientists can do it." Not just saying the word without do anything at all.

And well, i thought german without dictator, without war and without bad things can be like Wolfenstein german that sure more advance even in 1945s or 1950s. Just see all programs i made in my early forum, its all peace and focus to education like modern Germans

But since i have No-see Jerry and have superior scientist realistic like irl back then, i realize i not in a world war and can make a jet peacefully with genius german scientist and complete it before 1945, then everyone follows... enventually push the jet age to 1945s. Since that, some start making missile, 1970s or even 1980s tech and just said "We do research the technology with our Scientist." How bad is it? Well, a country like Belgium is make a stealth B1B Lancer plane in 1949 and keep saying that they actually can produce that lmao. And yeah... everyone just look at the trend and start race in it, just like when one is start making a Blackbird, other will follow and ignoring the fact that their country can't realistically do it
