Over the last few weeks/days/whatever, several cargo ships, even a nuclear class sea transporter. The Kingdom of Los has investigated these incidents, and found out that the strikes were carried out from deep under the water, by SOTPs (Stand Off Torpedoes).
This has caused the loss of several tons of cargo, not to mention all the civilian lives. This is definitely against the laws of warfare, so unless one of us is a genocidal maniac, this has been carried out by autonomous machinery.
And we(or they idk what person to refer to the KOL as :3) have already created a plan.
Stage 1:
We've equipped our largest ships with massive submarine hunting sonars, this will allow us to track the submarine, or at least the SOTPs, so we can shoot them down before they damage anything major.
Stage 2:
We've drawn a route over what we call the "Undersea valley of bones", which is a gigantic area (spanning from Azkharia to east Tax so really massive) where thousands of shipwrecks lie from operation "Pool Cleaner". This is so that we can drag the submarine through the wrecks, and either damage it enough that it has to surface, or decrease depth, then blast the sh♥t out of it, or kill it by dragging
Stage 3:
We've brought a lot of military force along with the cargo ship (A bunch of TAE-II/LNF Greg Aegis class destroyers made by @SanDiegoSystems (sorry I wanna use your ship for my RP :3), LNF Longbow carriers, several M-40s, and a bunch of ships and planes from other nations). We've also loaded the cargo ship up with materials that the submarine would consider valuable/important.

@SPWithLizzie No response from Z.V.Corp. (its believed that they can recover the sinking submarine to repair it or use the components to build new one. Sink doesn’t mean die but just sleep for it, maybe thats why they not worry too much)
