@DankDorito
Lower the wing loading by use of double-stack wings and make sure the CoM and CoL is as close as possible, of which, do the latter, because to use double-stack wings, you need to be a part of the PC Master Race.
@DankDorito In trials, we found it to be vulnerable to the new F-8E Cobra and F-6E Renegade II.
However, we couldn't test the F-7E Viper because I made that thing so maneuverable that not even the computer could handle it.
Like, seriously. I think I made one of the most maneuverable planes by accident.
Then again, the F-7 Viper was based off of the F-16 Viper (because "Fighting Falcon" is really lame), and the F-16 was so aerodynamically unstable that it requires advanced computerized flight controls to fly properly.
@Supermini555 Well, the gun should be facing forwards, optimally, because that's where the enemy should be, since that's where the armor on your tank is the strongest.
The rest of the armor angles are perfectly suitable, although we found the driver's port in the front hull a potential weakspot. All Paternian main battle tanks in use employ a driver's periscope in the hatch for this reason.
Other than that, the armor angles make sense.
Of other note, we found that while the 160mm Awwami cannon is insufficient against the Victoria, it is still effective against the Ardent series which comprises the majority of our armored units due to the expense of the Victoria. On the other hand, the 120mm M5 cannon and 155mm M8 cannon are still effective against this tank
I also found the notion of Awwami soldiers willingly wearing armor to be contradictory to our experience. We feel that many didn't wear armor to show that they were indeed not afraid of death, as many felt that wearing armor is a sign of cowardice.
Just waiting for Awwam's eventual collapse through mismanagement, dogmatism, forcing other cultures to accept yours, a bad case of the Dunning-Kruger effect regarding incompetence and an overinflation of one's sense of skill versus their actual skill, and becoming high and drunk off of power.
It happens to every global empire. And the process has already begun.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Just write better stories, mate. And design something so revolutionary or unique that it gets people to turn heads.
For me, that was the Artemis tank, which although you may look at now and (rightfully) see it as a quite amature-built vehicle, know it was not only built without things like dedicated automotive components such as powered wheels, sprung suspension, car engines, shock absorbers, but was also built at a time where there were no things such as hinge rotators and I had hardly the understanding of XML.
But the coolest part of the Artemis was its quad-track suspension, where each track can be moved much like an automotive wheel. While completely impractical for something of that size, what is cool isn't what is always practical.
All I had was an idea, it was unique, and I implemented it. And I credit @GluonicGaming with a lot of my success.
Also writing stories can elevate otherwise mediocre builds to those of legendary status.
The Pummeler, by itself, is not a particularly remarkable airplane. In its class, it was about as fast as other aircraft, and only recently gained some maneuverability.
Compared to the twin-engine prop-powered attackers it had to compete with, it was less survivable, had poorer forward visibility and could not carry as much munitions without sacrificing performance heavily.
However, what it didn't have in raw performance or looks was a simplistic charm and a story with relatable characters. The airplane, which mind you, is based off the first plane I uploaded, has now become a legend.
I wrote stories of not only itself, but of the pilots and aircrew who operated them.
And so the Pummeler became what it is through my storytelling, the AK-47 of warplanes. Like an AK-47, it's not fancy or truly revolutionary, but it's simple, cheap, durable, and powerful, whose combination of factors allowed it to be so widely used, and whose performance in combat, thanks to my storytelling, has inspired others to make comparable aircraft.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation It corrupted the Ottoman Empire, and although they made a good last stand in Gallipoli, it was clear by then that the empire was crumbling upon itself. Lepanto and Vienna foreshadowed the collapse, caused by an overindulgence in power.
And the people who have lived under their rule; the Greeks and the Turks, weren't exactly the happiest. They REALLY hate the Turks for what they did.
And I don't seek half the world. I seek a balanced world, where people can have a government of their own desires.
Sure! These will outperform any Awwami fighter that has been made so far.
Just be sure to train them well. The controls are very sensitive, and pilots had difficulty estimating airspeed with these high-efficiency high-acceleration engines. @DankDorito
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Terrible spot. Limited coverage and low elevation reduces range. This becomes especially apparent when you're driving in a valley, to restrict the angles of approach which a Pummeler can mount a rocket strafing attack.
We never claimed to be stronger than Awwam. We're saying that (1) your inflexible rule has led to defectors and revolts, (2) we don't have that, (3) you have no knowledge of actual military strategy, as all of your strategy is derived from a religious text. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
It tells us to treat all as equals. After all, in the Bible, Jesus was the sort to dine with lepers and whores.
In fact, Jesus goes on to say "the most important commandment of God is to love thy neighbor as you love yourself."
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
You seek a purity of a religion which has apparently strayed from its previous, perfect state, believing that all those who are not part of this group, even those of the same religion, are somehow inferior.
Sounds like fundamentalism to me! @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
We know that. But most convoy trucks were basically sitting ducks. Without any anti-aircraft radar, it was not a particularly effective system. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
Capacitors have been used extensively on electromagnetic artillery due to its ability to discharge large amounts of electrical energy very quickly. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
We need you to admit Awwam isn't as powerful as you think, and is in fact, crumbling.
If I remember correctly, Muhammad stated that something is forbidden in even the smallest quantities if it can corrupt or intoxicate in large quantities.
And as we all know, power has a way of corrupting the mind, like a drug. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
Also incredibly expensive, difficult to operate, must be form-fitted to the individual, and whose armor's strength is dependent on whether Tony Stark needs to live or have a functional suit to continue the plot.
I would suggest the Mlongnir armor of the HALO series to be much stronger, and yet it can be penetrated by 7.62mm AP rounds. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
We believe the Pummeler kill streak you mentioned was an exaggeration, since Pummeler raids were usually a brief affair with only four aircraft. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation

@Mudkip Yep.
They don't regard your army very highly, but they don't dare fight the Paternian Army, since we have things like the Pummeler and the Victoria tank.
@ElGatoVolador No.

@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Indeed.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation When you mean "attacked properly" do you mean the tactics that defeated the Third Reich?.
@Hellohi NP!
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Okay.

@GALM1 It's lovely, isn't it?
@GALM1 Not really.
I should tag you to my new version of the Bandit Cobra.

A world with many users with many nations.
Is it because they won't go anywhere near the Paternain Air Force? @Mudkip
Sure! These will outperform any Awwami fighter that has been made so far.
Just be sure to train them well. The controls are very sensitive, and pilots had difficulty estimating airspeed with these high-efficiency high-acceleration engines. @DankDorito
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Doesn't need to go into the ring.
It would be like a wedge jammed in the shot trap.
@DankDorito Yep.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation No. Just highly depressed. That's all.
@DankDorito P$2.4M
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Terrible spot. Limited coverage and low elevation reduces range. This becomes especially apparent when you're driving in a valley, to restrict the angles of approach which a Pummeler can mount a rocket strafing attack.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation He didn't.
He couldn't bring himself to fight against a liberal democracy.
And RMark1 left because you were an arrogant a$$hat. And one must remember that the people do not revolt without a grievance.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Where did you stick the radar?
Don't see it. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
True Paternia hates your ass.
And so far, walrus and Mk1 have left because of our superior diplomacy. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
Well, were superpowers with conflicting battle reports, and we have to make it clear who is right. @DankDorito
Into the turret ring.
Even if the shot fails to penetrate, it would jam the turret ring. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
Not on this thing. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
I would approve of a secession of Canada from Awwam.
I don't really want Canada. I just didn't want to share a land border with the Neo-Ottoman Empire. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
No. There is no mention of that in the Bible.
It tells us to treat all as equals. After all, in the Bible, Jesus was the sort to dine with lepers and whores.
In fact, Jesus goes on to say "the most important commandment of God is to love thy neighbor as you love yourself."
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
I see you found it. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
No.
Because you act like an invincible a$$hat. I'll link you to his post. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
It is.
You seek a purity of a religion which has apparently strayed from its previous, perfect state, believing that all those who are not part of this group, even those of the same religion, are somehow inferior.

In the opinion of many on the RP, such as @Viper28, you are. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
We know that. But most convoy trucks were basically sitting ducks. Without any anti-aircraft radar, it was not a particularly effective system. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
... @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
Of note, Awwam is a fundamentalist Islamic Caliphate.
He will force you to employ Sharia law because he thinks it is perfect (it isn't). @ErvenDynamics
Autistic individuals are quite stubborn indeed. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
@ErvenDynamics We have surplus of military equipment.
So, no.
@ErvenDynamics By both Awwam and the Paternian Republic.
So basically it's hotly contested territory.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Let this lad have Canada!
@GoldenEagle I am just wondering, between Awwami and Paternian accounts, which do you feel is more accurate?
@YuukaNeko
And the discussion is not done.
Capacitors have been used extensively on electromagnetic artillery due to its ability to discharge large amounts of electrical energy very quickly. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
I see.
Quality over quantity. @Cedy117
Look, you tried the same subject matter three times and every time, it got pulled down by someone.
You can try a Crescent and Star instead. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation
We don't need your condolences.
We need you to admit Awwam isn't as powerful as you think, and is in fact, crumbling.
