One other option is to use the overload mod, turn turn the drag scale for every part down to 0, i made sure to make the drag scale as low as possible for performance reasons, the only parts i most likely did not turn drag off on was the deck lines, drag scale is one of the main culprits of lag
There is a solution to your issue hut it will make the ship smaller, use the fine tuning mode that comes with simple planes, make sure the option. SCALE SELECTED PART ONLY is turned off so you can scale the whole ship at once, i would recommend using .5 in all of the scale options. The ship will be smaller but i i I think your game will run better @UnidentfiedOneUser
