-I usually aim for 9:25pm bed time
-Takes me about 2 hours average to fall asleep
-prefer to wake up around 5:30am
-aim to get up by 6:25pm

what I do during the day can affect my sleep schedule (note to self, DO NOT binge EAS scenarios for an entire day), but the biggest affectors are:
-what time I take my bed time medication(aim for 7:55pm)
-what time I get up at
-what time I go to bed at
