Wow! This looks really incredible! The canards move a little too much (try to limit them to around 25-15 degrees) and it makes handling a little tricky. Other than that, this is really great!
Damn I’m sorry to hear about college. I read through the comments and I also had a similar problem with aircraft engineering. I really wanted to become an engineer because I loved the idea of working for an aircraft manufacturer but I just found a lot of the process so boring. I also love flying planes and thought I would do that as a career but I realised some things are just better as a hobby. Both aviation and firearms are the two main passions in my life but I realised that all the jobs involved with this were ones I didn’t really want. Now I found another passion in the legal and corporate world and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. I changed my college subject to EU law and am working in a legal department at the same time. Sometimes you just have an epiphany and everything comes together. I really hope you find what you’re looking for in both education and employment. You might find you’re interested in something you never thought you would be.
Oh. My. Goodness. This is probably the mother of all replicas. It is by far the most realistic looking aircraft on here. Wonderfully made and it flies exactly how I would expect the real plane to. Just beautiful
This is amazing! You managed to make your first upload look like this and I still struggle to get any of my planes to look this good! Wonderfully made and I look forward to all your future aircraft!
@Brencool35 I would say this one is pretty decent. It wouldn’t be comfortable to turn tightly at max speed and the pilot would probably come close to blacking out but when I do my test it performs well. I put the throttle at 85%, fly to 3000ft and then turn with the stick 90% of the way back. I then see how long it takes for the plane to turn around. This one is slightly too manoeuvrable but it’s better than honestly 90% of the realistic replicas on SP. The hard part about SP planes (for most builds at least) is you have to find the sweet spot between realistic turn rate and fun. People tend to not like planes as much when they don’t turn 360 degrees in less than 10 seconds hahaha. Manoeuvrability is a decent chunk of the challenge but it’s not everything though! This plane is pretty damn realistic overall
@Tums well thank you very much! I like to try and help people improve when I see they have them potential. I also really like it when other players give me tips so I try to return the favour to the community. I wouldn’t be good at all if it wasn’t for a few key players who really helped me a couple years ago
This looks so good as well! You should keep posting these small parts of a town and when you finish them all, you should put them all together for one whole larger town
Also you say that it’s not very manoeuvrable, but for the speed it goes at and the time it takes to do a 360, it would have been a fantastic turn fighter

+1@cbeane1 yup! Similar to the ones on my MiG-21Y
+1This is pretty cool!
+1Very cool!
+1This is fantastic! Thank you for your entry in the challenge
+1Awesome plane! Thank you for your participation in the event!
+1@RUSSIANAIR that is most likely true but I think some people, like yourself, like planes more than others hahaha
+1@RUSSIANAIR that’s incredible! Has aviation always been something you were passionate about?
+1Whoa this is neat! Also it’s very cool that you’re going to MAI! What specifically will you study?

+1This is a very interesting shape for a fighter. Nice one!
+1I just answered my own question. This is fantastic! I didn’t know this was possible in SP
+1Wait does this work by increasing the throttle or actually by the speed the aircraft is going
+1Lovely! Thank you for your participation!
+1@HextronPrime awesome! Try to put a nice paint scheme on it too.
+1😂🤣
+1@fulcrum29 you can definitely improve on how realistic they look but keep making them able to be as agile as this!
+1You did make a fair amount of improvements so nice work on that! Piper cub is a nice plane to make. Looking forward to seeing it!
+1Your planes are so much fun to fly. I’ve saved more of your builds than from any other user
+1I love it! Planes like this are great fun. How did no one upvote this? It’s so good!
+1Lol I kept thinking I was flying in fast forward mode with how fast and manoeuvrable this prop was. Nice one hahaha
+1A little hard to fly but it’s very cool. Would be nice if it was staged too!
+1Oh. My. Goodness. This is probably the mother of all replicas. It is by far the most realistic looking aircraft on here. Wonderfully made and it flies exactly how I would expect the real plane to. Just beautiful
+1Pretty cool aircraft! Has a nice shape to it and flies well too

+1@Ylem no worries! I’ll see if I can get a strike fighter made for this
+1Just to let you know, the speed is perfectly fine! For a jet made in the mid to late 1940s 540mph is decent at 12500 ft!
+1I also expected a higher part count :p hahaha

+1@SovietBun that actually sounds incredibly cool. I can’t wait to see it finished!
+1@freedompilot98 Awesome! looking forward to seeing what you build!
+1Okay this is pretty awesome. I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it. Wonderfully built!
+1Fantastic job! When will you make the Buran for the top?
+1It would be very cool if there were thermals in SP so it would be much more realistic to fly gliders then
+1Very very well made aircraft. For an SP glider, it flies really incredibly well. Wonderful job and what a fun plane to fly!
+1Damn this is really nice! It looks very cool and flies well too! Nice choice on afterburners and colour scheme!
+1This is really nice! Wonderfully made
+1This is a really nice build!
+1This is a very cool looking and well made fighter!
+1@Bife hey would you be interested in this? You seem to like to build older military aircraft so I thought maybe you’d like this too
+1This looks so good as well! You should keep posting these small parts of a town and when you finish them all, you should put them all together for one whole larger town
+1This bread is packing some heat!
+1Also you say that it’s not very manoeuvrable, but for the speed it goes at and the time it takes to do a 360, it would have been a fantastic turn fighter
+1@BlackBoA it’s really impressive. Did you just connect a piston to the cockpit and have it activate when the guns fire or is it more complicated?
+1This is such a nice aircraft! I wish it existed in real life
+1This is truly incredible. What an awesome build! It is incredibly detailed and has very real flight characteristics. Great job on this
+1This is really incredibly cool and well made. I wish I could download mods to move it with the tracks but even without them, it’s still fantastic
