Oh man this gives me bad memories. If I’m going to move a part, I always make a duplicate of it before I try to move it. That way, if it goes wrong, I can just delete all the parts and add the duplicated one back instead.
I love the way this thing loses its footing when it suddenly changes direction. It feels pretty real. Also I love the hop it does when it only has one leg lol
@TheRealTDawg I do love it when a well made none vehicle thing comes into SP. It’s fun to fly around as a sword and sometimes even as something like a toaster hahaha
@Brencool35 I don’t want to sound harsh but I personally prefer the other on much more. I think if you want to use camo you’re just going to have to use weightless and drag-less fuselage blocks. I just tried it now myself for the first time and it actually wasn’t so hard to do. You should take a look at how some other people do it. It’s a relatively simple process but it can take a little while to get it done properly. I do think the finished product will be worth it in the end though!
@Alta2809 hahaha well thank you but there are many great others out there. Tang0five only uses iOS and he even has a part limit so I think he’s more impressive when it comes to using apple products hahaha
@Simpleww1server what’s wrong with your ones? They’re pretty good! The swastika can be easily XML scaled down and then tilted too. Give it a go and if it doesn’t work out I’ll take a jab at it for you :)
This is a pretty cool plane! I love the cargo door feature and it looks great but it has a pretty high stall speed. I would recommend adding some more wing area to it (between 50-150ft^2 more should do it). Overall its a lovely plane!
This is really neat too! I’d recommend using less mods though since guns are easily customisable and bomb bays are relatively simple to make with hinge rotators. This way more people will be able to experience the full build!
@Krikkit42 aircraft that are made of tubes are usually the easiest to make and by chance those aircraft are most of my favourites. If you look at my builds it’s usually tubular designs. If you ever need any help with tweaks or tips for your builds, feel free to ask!
@Krikkit42 I would go for something else before takeling the 262. The fuselage is a shape which isn’t easily fabricated in sp because of the limitations of shaping the fuselage blocks. If you like jets from this era I would go for maybe a meteor.
This is a truly awesome build. What a fantastic job! It works so well and flies how I would expect something like this too. Just one small point, wouldn’t some AA guns on the belly side be useful?
Not too bad! Like you said there are differences between this and the 262 (engine placement mostly) but it does look very much like what an early generation jet fighter would look like. I also enjoy building these early generation jets. For your first upload though this is great! Very fun aircraft!
Just tested this out and I really do think it’s the best P-51 Mustang on SimplePlanes. Absolutely steller job on this one. As a huge P-51 fan (I bet you would never have guessed right?), I’m extremely happy to have seen this. Thanks for adding such wonderful and detailed replicas to the community. This really deserves a feature on the front page
This is pretty cool but a few extra features could make it even better! Adding suspension would help a lot on rougher terrain and giving it a pedel throttle instead of a lever makes more sense. Also I normally don’t care too much about the weaponry but a machine gun next to the cannon would be a nice little touch. Overall though this is really cool and I love it’s design and that interior is especially good!
@Inuyasha8215 hahaha thank you. It’s quite old a bit rubbish now though but I loved it when I made it. Take a look at some of my newer builds if you want to see something I consider pretty good :)
@WarHawk95 I already loved French aircraft but building this one really got me into ones from the early Cold War. Now I’m just gonna go on a French plane spree
This is awesome! What a lovely build
+1@Shinkiro no problem! I’d love to see more builds like this one

+1Pretty cool looking fighter! Some yaw would be nice but apart from that this is pretty neat!
+1@MethodMan great to hear! Try using the blueprints/diagram feature to help get the shape exactly right!
+1Pretty cool aircraft! I do recommend taking your first screenshot from a different angle though and closer up too.
+1Very nicely built!
+1Neat looking build! MiG-29 inspired?
+1To solve the replica or fictional problem, add both tags hahaha. Also this is an awesome build! Awesome choice in aircraft

+1This is a pretty good build especially considering you only made an account three days ago. Nice one!
+1This is a nice jet

+1How did this get no upvotes! It’s a lovely replica of the Spanish 109. I’ve seen this particular one on multiple occasions

+1Lovely looking tank! It does feel like a pretty plausible build

+1This is a lovely build! The nicest of all the Swedish jet fighters in my opinion
+1@WarHawk95 for that it’s pretty good then!
+1@edensk that makes more sense! The nose and cockpit area has that feel
+1@edensk yeah there is a hint of J-10 too
+1Nice Barracuda! I’d like to see it with custom wings and control surfaces

+1@SimplyPlain You are most welcome! And I love the RAF livery you chose. Very unique on SP! Also remind me to spotlight this in like 12 hours :)

+1@AtomicCat no problem! Even as it is it’s very fun
+1@fulcrum29 haha that’s not your fault! It’s just crazy that a build which is this fun to fly doesn’t get much attention
+1@fulcrum29 have you tried experimenting with using custom wings made with fuselage blocks?
+1@Elasmosaurs no problem buddy!
+1This is awesome! Sure it could fly better but for one of your first uploads is fantastic!
+1This is lovely! How could it get zero upvotes?
+1This is lovely to fly! Very fun aircraft which hints towards an F-18

+1Wish they were golden
+1@ToastyTaco no problem buddy!
+1This is quite a nice thing to fly around in. Simple but fun
+1Very nice aircraft! Would be cool in real life
+1@WarHawk95 I already loved French aircraft but building this one really got me into ones from the early Cold War. Now I’m just gonna go on a French plane spree
+1Oof
+1Very cool looking ship!
+1Lovely looking spitfire!
+1Oh wait I see that VTOL has to be up now. Reminds me of the rocket try on the Super Mystere
