    Lovely build! I can’t resist a nice MiG-21!

  • BAC-198 Scattered Wings 6.1 years ago

You made the drawings I made when I was three come to life! Hahaha lovely

  • McDonnell F-107 Avenger II 6.1 years ago

Nice! Thank you for your participation in the challenge!

  • A-26C Invader (Improved Version) 6.1 years ago

Who posted the original? Could you leave a link to it in the description?

  • The Bee 6.1 years ago

How did I not see this plane?! It’s really nice!

  • F19536XY 6.1 years ago

You like your twin aircraft huh?

  • Aircraft 6.1 years ago

This is a nice looking car!

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@UnguidedCylinder great to hear! I can’t wait to see what you build!

  • Starship 6.1 years ago

Interesting design profile. You also seem to get cool camera angles a lot too!

  • Big army plane 6.1 years ago

Not too bad actually! It’s great that you started out making cockpits already, they’re pretty good! I’m terrible at them

  • Detailed plane 6.1 years ago

This is pretty nice! Got a decent cockpit too but it would be better if it was more enclosed. Also try to get the right proportions between wings and fuselage. Nevertheless a cool aircraft!

  • uss beast secret features 6.1 years ago

Yes but I bet there were others who didn’t so that’s nice of you to tell them. This seems more like a forum post though. Why don’t you try posting it there :)

  • Submarine Kit 6.1 years ago

Super useful and not just for subs! Thanks for this

  • Messerschmitt Me-262 C-2b "Heimatschutzer II" 6.1 years ago

    Wow this really is incredible!

  • Northrop F-89D Scorpion with Airburst Rockets 6.1 years ago

@1472 could you do that after doing a quick 360 no scope though?

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@Bearclaw189 Hey you’re back! I know you like naval aviation so I thought this might interest you. Would you be interested?

  • Fighter-Bomber Challenge [Closed] 6.1 years ago

That’s a tough part count. What year would be too old and when you say max speed 1000-2000mph, does that mean it has to be able to fly faster than 1000 but slower than 2000?

  • Naval Aviation Challenge F-36 6.1 years ago

It’s also an incredibly smooth flyer and I love the cockpit. Wonderful work

  • Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat (Naval Challenge) 6.1 years ago

@Brencool35 don’t worry I am too. It really depends on what you’re going for. Sometimes you just want to do hammer heads and other times you want the most realistic aircraft you can get

  • Grumman F9F Panther 6.1 years ago

I also have no problems with the folding wings. They’re very well made!

  • F 12 97 Death from above 6.1 years ago

@EngineerFire excellent! I’m looking forward to seeing what you make. The instructions for the challenge are posted on my profile

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@FlyingHueman I hope you do come up with something. I love your builds so I’d like to see one like this too!

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

    @Hedero it’s really great!

  • Socrux S.TA-320 Arara Gold Pedestal 6.1 years ago

@FlyingHueman sure thing! I’m super excited to see the finished product

  • AA-122 Screat 6.1 years ago

@Diloph no worries that’s fine! I usually put one in my builds too. The fuel burn per mile traveled in SP is very unrealistic for jets so I use both real fuel and a limited weightless fuel block

  • Grumman F9F Panther 6.1 years ago

Very very nice! Thank you for your participation in the challenge!

  • RamboJutter "Trudence" MKII 2.3 6.1 years ago

@RamboJutter it’s always nice when that happens hahaha

  • Percy the green engine 6.1 years ago

    Just lovely

  • AA-122 Screat 6.1 years ago

@Diloph it ends on 31 December. I’ll let you know your score then :) You did good though so you’ll definitely receive a couple upvotes from the requirements points

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@ND40X that sounds like it’ll be pretty cool! Can’t wait to see it!

  • AA-122 Screat 6.1 years ago

@Diloph thanks buddy! I’m also following you

  • super snc-5.C 6.1 years ago

@skolpionBR that’s amazing! I don’t think I could come up with something as creative as this

  • RamboJutter "Trudence" MKII 2.3 6.1 years ago

    @RamboJutter and don’t worry! I won’t tell her hahaha

  • RamboJutter "Trudence" MKII 2.3 6.1 years ago

@RamboJutter holy cow that was fast! Feel free to post it whenever you’d like! I will not be giving the scores until after everyone has uploaded their own. I’m looking forward to seeing what it is

  • RFA-HY60 6.1 years ago

Oh my goodness this is fantastic! Wonderfully made!

  • it flys and it is %100 made by mee (Japanese) 6.1 years ago

@atomauhl you can just put it somewhere in the fuselage of the plane and put a camera in your own cockpit :)

  • it flys and it is %100 made by mee (Japanese) 6.1 years ago

This is super cool! You should enter something like this for that challenge!

  • Blimp No.5 6.1 years ago

This is just incredibly cool. Fantastic build!

  • Socrux S.TA-320 Arara Gold Pedestal 6.1 years ago

Just to let you know, I’m getting my MiG-21Y 3D printed and I used your stand from this build to put under it. Is that okay?

  • bomber2 prop lil bomb 6.1 years ago

@Rickyjasper2 okay cool. I’ll make a Microsoft account later today and add you :)

  • bomber2 prop lil bomb 6.1 years ago

@Rickyjasper2 how do you do that on iOS? I hardly have anything on my computer version anymore but I have entire cities on my phone

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

    @JolyLoly great to hear!

  • Sealion ('45-'50 Naval Challenge) 6.1 years ago

@RAF1 I agree, it’s very late 40s! I also had that with my last plane I made and I still made it too manoeuvrable, partly because some other users were complaining it wasn’t manoeuvrable enough hahaha.

  • F 12 62 Rhino e 6.1 years ago

Those cannons are so cool! Why don’t you try using some xml parts to make the landing gear move without VTOL? I know you use iOS too but if you need any parts just let me know

  • F 12 97 Death from above 6.1 years ago

You seem to be really good at naval aircraft with those folding wings. You should take part in my naval aviation challenge!

  • Vindicator 6.1 years ago

Whoa! You’re really good at making planes and you’ve only just started! Awesome job! If you just used the nudge feature a little more this would be perfect since there wouldn’t be any large gaps between the pieces of wing. Also making the movement speed of the control surfaces 100% would make it more realistic too (as well as everything limited to a range of 15-25 degrees)!

  • Sealion ('45-'50 Naval Challenge) 6.1 years ago

I’m very happy you understood the whole not too manoeuvrable part hahaha. I have a feeling quite a few of the entries would kill their pilots if they turned hard lol. Since I know your making another I thought I’d give you a small tip though; it’s very cool to be able to see a proper catapult connection. Many tail dragged planes had a sort of bar which connected to their two front wheels that would connect to the catapult and it would drop off once the plane had taken off. That would be fantastic to see!

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@RAF1 it’s great. If you’re saying don’t worry about this being the only one, I’m very much looking forward to your next one too

  • Flying boat (fictional) DTH 28 6.1 years ago

@Locurapuntocom no problem! Your planes are really good! Also I have iOS so I can’t make my own XML parts either. It gets annoying sometimes

  • E7H Leviatan 6.1 years ago

I hope people are interested by the first picture enough to click on this! Remind me tomorrow to spotlight this!
