  • FH-1 (Re upload) 6.1 years ago

    @RhysBrown of course!

  • tried something 6.1 years ago

Try to get the CoM in front of the CoL. Remove the front landing gear and replace it with a tail one instead too. If you stretch the front of the fuselage further and add some weight to it, it’ll fly just fine

  • DC-3 plane savers finished 6.1 years ago

Whoa lovely work! This is a very nice Dakota

  • FAA Javelin FAW 0.9 6.1 years ago

@RamboJutter no I actually just love the planes you’ve been making for this! The points are nice but 1940s-50s British aircraft are better hahaha

  • Bhrumman R-28 Yogal Catapult 6.1 years ago

@Brencool35 I actually already tried but I’ve already spotlighted my max today hahaha. I think you’ll get some more attention though. Remind me tomorrow to spotlight this too

  • Bhrumman R-28 Yogal Catapult 6.1 years ago

Holy cow this is awesome! The ramp is a little complicated but it works great if you follow the instructions. The plane itself is fantastic as well. Nice work buddy!

  • Shenyang J-8II 6.1 years ago

Awesome! You got the shape done well and you added some really cool camera angles

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

  • FAA Javelin FAW 0.9 6.1 years ago

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@asteroidbook345 no I think they entered service in either 1951 or 52. The prototype for the second variant could have been made then though

  • Arrow XP 6.1 years ago

This is such a cool jet! For your first it’s amazing. Did you use anything as inspiration?

  • KCA "Swift Wind" 6.1 years ago

This is absolutely fantastic! It looks wonderful and flies in a realistic way too. The nose design is great and the landing gear is also superb, but maybe make the tail section for cargo open slightly further back, that way longer cargo would be able to fit inside. Nevertheless, still a remarkable build!

  • Racecar XVI (Eight Wheeler) 6.1 years ago

Very unusual but fun and cool design! It goes a little too fast to control (from the XML modding I guess) but very fun still

  • Labor mk 2 6.1 years ago

    Of course!

  • Labor mk 2 6.1 years ago

    Fun plane to fly!

  • Butler Kingvector 6.1 years ago

This is quite an unusual design for SP but i really like it! Nice plane

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@asteroidbook345 they retired in 1959 but their first flight was in 1948 and that’s when their production started as well. It does seem to be quite a popular plane to make though probably because of the unusual shape

  • Simple Mig 21 Analog 6.1 years ago

Very nice MiG-21! It looks like the 21i Analog

  • MQS-121 A1 6.1 years ago

  • 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge (Closed) 6.1 years ago

@Tang0five that’s a shame. Take a trip to Eastbourne when they have the airbourne airshow. The vixen often comes then. Its a cute little town and a few days filled with aeroplanes is a great way to spend a weekend

  • Comet (US NAVY) 6.1 years ago

@Acnardi thank you very much! Feel free to leave an upvote if you like it :)
