@ArcturusAerospace oh that’s right I forgot it was added to the game, and yes single engines airplane have a bit of “auto roll” in the form of P factor and torque (at least the prop stuff)
Well that’s a simple fix, either get Overload and remove the drag manually or send it to someone to do that for you if you can’t get overload
And I would like to mention that if it’s a single engine propeller plane it is actually supposed to yaw, due to P factor and torque
@exosuit the airlines are responsible for the training, not Boeing, Boeing just recommends what should be done, and if I remember correctly the loin air a week before had the same exact problem, but the reason why it didn’t crash was there was someone from the states in the jump seat that knew what the problem was and told the crew how to fix it, if I remember correctly that issue was actually listed in a service bulletin as something to look at, and you can’t honestly look at the crash and tell me that someone with only 250 total hours over any airplane type didn’t have anything to do with it, the crew was under trained from start, and wouldn’t meet any requirements that are in the US or Europe
There are reasons why those crashes were in Indonesia and Ethiopia which didn’t have great safety records even with the normal planes
I’d still fly on the Max if it was with a US airliner or one from Europe, I wouldn’t even go near a regular 737 with it being operated by airlines in those countries just simply because of how they did training and that apparently 250 total hours is enough to be let in to the cockpit of a airliner
And to be completely honest I truly think that the airline knows what the problem is but doesn’t want to claim responsibility and is too blaming Boeing
Not saying Boeing is 100% innocent but you can’t pin them 100% on it
@exosuit well it’s not Boeings job to train pilots and since I didn’t see that they may have wanted something that was legitimately unnecessary, idk what they wanted though
I made a test for it a while back and I have to say this, the MCAS wasn’t the sole cause of the accident of the 737, in reality it was probably more like 80% lack of crew training, poor hour requirements in other countries and presumably dodgy maintenance
Money wasn’t put above safety at Boeing, maybe for Ethiopian and Lion Air perhaps
I usually thank who ever upvotes my builds for the first 5 or so hours after I upload a build, then after that I tend to think it gets a bit spamy to keep going “thanks! @ who ever” over and over again
@EternalDarkness true, you could edit it a bit more like uh remove the tip tanks and make the gear fixed or something and give it a paint scheme of a flight training center maybe?
@CeeToTheZee so that’s your excuse for why that’s ok? there will be in no way shape or form that would acceptable or ok, just because it’s a meme or a joke doesn’t mean it’s suddenly ok to do that...
And I will not just stand back and let people do shit like this, it’s unacceptable on every level no matter the reason behind it, it’s disrespectful, rude and ignorant, it needs to stop. blocked not going to continue any further in this.
I attempted to use magnets for a engine, while it did work it didn’t work very well and probably wouldn’t get a car very far and didn’t work at all on ships or submarines, so I’d say possible if done right, so I think that can be added to that list
And I did one day for grins make a torpedo powered boat
Finally with limited success, I linked some gyros to gears and such and made a poorly working submarine using that
Montana just declared a state emergency over it, and we haven’t got a single case yet, or the states surrounding Montana for that matter, and they closed the Montana trade fair, just to the public, the vendors can still show up and I guess just stand and look at each other I suppose lol
@asteroidbook345 this is still pretty new to me as well lol, still things needing worked out before I can post a full version that is tuned and is in a format that makes sense
@Nerfenthusiast well in GA aircraft like above actually most planes in general and approaches will have a minimum visibility rule so probably won’t be doing that for a full non visibility landing as that isn’t normally done though that’s a great idea
I could definitely make a better map for it, just with the rest of the build and the way it works in the GA airplanes IRL, I’m going to keep it on the simple side for lower part count
@SnoWFLakE0s the way that system works that I got from Vcharng is it bases everything off of where you spawned, and that’s all I know about how it works so idk how I’d get the vertical guidance out of that
@Diloph all made during WWII yes
Lockheed Vega Starliner
Stinson 108

The Ace Of Aces one is super easy if you get a AI plane that self destructs so all you have to do is hit the restart button every other second lol

@JekkuLi no problem!
I usually thank who ever upvotes my builds for the first 5 or so hours after I upload a build, then after that I tend to think it gets a bit spamy to keep going “thanks! @ who ever” over and over again
@JekkuLi sure! Go ahead!
I’m seeing a lot of fighters, maybe diversify a bit with some light airplanes or airliners?
Cessna 310A
Cessna 310R
Cessna 407
Piper Pa-35
Fairchild Metro III
Fokker/VFW 614
Aero commander 114
Socata TB-20
Grumman Yankee
Gulfstream American Hustler
Beechcraft Lightning
@EternalDarkness hmmm yeah that is a bit ridiculous and impractical, maybe give it a O-360 with 180hp
@EternalDarkness true, you could edit it a bit more like uh remove the tip tanks and make the gear fixed or something and give it a paint scheme of a flight training center maybe?
Awesome! Are you going to make a civil version out of this perhaps?
Awesome!
Awesome!

@CeeToTheZee what the save name was called on this

@EternalDarkness no problem!
Awesome!
@RiChieCheese no problem!
Awesome!
@wheatfield90 no problem!
Awesome!
Cessna 310R or Fairchild Metro III?
Awesome! May I suggest a Fairchild Metro or Merlin for a future build?
Downside being that it moves slower than a Po-2 in slow flight
You may want to remove the trump related ones as I can see that turning into a massive scream fest

@ACEPILOT109 what they will do after? What?
Also what state is this if you don’t mind me asking?
Hmmm yes buy ALL the toilet paper!
@ACEPILOT109 how does one like going to school? I couldn’t stand school
yes
Two? Wow, way underaged, reported!
I think it’s working comrade
@Diloph I would highly recommend doing it
”I don’t even know who you are”
Jk lol
@asteroidbook345 that makes two of us, I haven’t even looked up the cockpit to one yet lol
@asteroidbook345 this is still pretty new to me as well lol, still things needing worked out before I can post a full version that is tuned and is in a format that makes sense

@SnoWFLakE0s yeah idk how to put that into a input to make it actually work, the most I’ve done with funky trees was make a windshield wiper lol
I could definitely make a better map for it, just with the rest of the build and the way it works in the GA airplanes IRL, I’m going to keep it on the simple side for lower part count

Thanks! @BogdanX @RussianAS
@jamesPLANESii thanks!
