Just because it has wings and is made in Russia doesn’t mean it’s a copy of a F-15, F-16 or F-22...
The Mig-31 came from Mig-25s which were made before the F-15, plus designed for a very different thing, and I don’t see the resemblance of a F-15 there at all
The Su-57, yes does resemble a F-22 but it wasn’t stolen, and there are certainly a ton of differences of you look a bit closer
And the Su-27, while it did come after the F-15, idk how much more different it can be from a F-15, it’s a completely original design that has no resemblance of a F-15 other than it has two tails, imo it looks better than a F-15
However the the Tu-4 was re engineered after I think a B-29 had a forced landing in the Soviet Union

Honest answer is too long to put here, no one plane takes the slot, I’ve seen many cool airplanes over the years, from Soviet, German and aggressor trainer aircraft, fire fighting aircraft along with war birds, one off or rare GA airplanes or Lockheed test aircraft and airliners not seen anymore I’ve seen a lot, hard to pick one in particular, they all were cool in their own ways
