@SHCow so I just tried those settings, and it just glitched out and didn't work, it would turn fully upside down then vibrate, what physics settings are you on? High?
@Blue0Bull thanks! And I would suggest putting this on last and having it attached to a bar/post on the outside of the plane and nudging it into place then hiding that bar/post it's attached to via nudging it into the tail or nose
(That's what I did with the AirWolf A365 and it worked much better than trying to just attach it in the cockpit normally)
Well I once tried to make a VOR like navigation instrument using a missile trapped in a box on top of a rotor set to free spin...
The idea was that you would lock the missile onto what ever it was and when it would turn to point at the locked on objects it would rotate the box it was trapped in, which then that rotating box would be linked to a bunch of gears that would move a instrument pointing to the selected thing, but then I realized after playing with that idea that 1. It didn't work 2. It left a smoke trail 3. You could just use the green box that would be used to lock the missile-in-a-box™ for navigation anyway making this whole idea rather pointless and silly
In fact this idea failed so hard that I decided not to say anything about it and totally forgot about it until now
