(Thanks for participating in the challenge as stated in the previous comment all very good builds!)
Well the challenge is over now, thanks to everyone who entered the challenge! All the builds were awesome to be honest!
Anyway the winners are
First place: Le-5 Sighthound by @jlewisifer
Again these planes well all awesome and it was actually pretty hard to place them like that, a lot of these were very close! thanks again to everyone who participated in this!
@WaffleCakes I'm not sure what Airlines but I've heard that the -8s will be leaving also
(Passenger ones, the freight ones will be here a while I believe)
@Kentheman no, I made one to fit in the Airwolf A365 and then I asked BaconAircraft if he wanted a more simple version of it, he said yes, so I made it and then gave it to him, then after he did a YouTube video on it I decided to upload this for others to use as well
@Strikefighter04 well long story short, they are older aircraft, first flight was in the early 60s I believe and it's not nearly as efficient to operate as a 787 or A350
@Kevinairlines no it's missing two of it's three rudders, the engines have been sitting out in the elements with nothing covering them for at least a few years, it's been sitting there for as long as I can remember, I'm not 100% sure in this but it looks like it may be fixed up and taken to a museum
(It would be awesome if it flew!)
@MrDoolittle yeah true it would help with things here and there and it sounds like a really good thing to be added but I'm not a huge fan of it but that's just my opinion there
I really like all of these ideas except the easier paint thing, I'm with @Johndfg on the that part, takes the fun and challenges out of painting planes
@RailfanEthan so I'm actually going to do the SD45 in the Montana Rail Link colors, but as I was looking up details, I ended up finding this picture....

I have appeared to have missed the post somehow, anyway this looks really cool!
Also it appears that I cant come up with any more good puns...
Actually yeah I just had my notifications thing reset also now I just failed to notice it lol
Well if I started to make puns/jokes it would start to lagg the server/site...
I've never seen this before, interesting...
@QingyuZhou ok that's fine with me
@QingyuZhou ok so we will be giving them both a try then?
@QingyuZhou I'm thinking the Do-328 to be honest
@QingyuZhou but anyway what do you think out of those two would be best?
@QingyuZhou it's going to be a side project thing
Collab on a Do-328? Or a Fokker F28?
@EpicPigster1 no problem!
@WaffleCakes I think there was an article I read about it somewhere, but yeah it's rather sad
Awesome!
@CubCraftersCo no problem!
@WaffleCakes I'm not sure what Airlines but I've heard that the -8s will be leaving also
(Passenger ones, the freight ones will be here a while I believe)
Yeah the negative seconds thing, it's happened to me, many many times
@RailfanEthan no problem!
Awesome!
Awesome!
@snowflake yeah I knew the freight part of it, it's just sad to see the passenger ones go
@Kentheman no, I made one to fit in the Airwolf A365 and then I asked BaconAircraft if he wanted a more simple version of it, he said yes, so I made it and then gave it to him, then after he did a YouTube video on it I decided to upload this for others to use as well
Awesome!
And actually that's a good picture!
@Zoomzoom999 I believe so
@Strikefighter04 well long story short, they are older aircraft, first flight was in the early 60s I believe and it's not nearly as efficient to operate as a 787 or A350
I saw an 747 yesterday actually, but it was at the good year airport with its engines removed and a few other things removed also :(
@asteroidbook345 thanks!
@Stellarlabs yeah apparently it's supposed to be fixed up and sent to s museum but I'm not 100% sure on that
@asteroidbook345 no problem!
@Kevinairlines no it's missing two of it's three rudders, the engines have been sitting out in the elements with nothing covering them for at least a few years, it's been sitting there for as long as I can remember, I'm not 100% sure in this but it looks like it may be fixed up and taken to a museum

@Kevinairlines here is a picture of that broken EC-121 I'm talking about
@Kevinairlines it is but it's rather sad because it's missing some important bits... but it's still cool to look at
@Kevinairlines lol actually there is this old EC-121 sitting on a closed runway at one of the airports I go to for training flights
Not going to lie, that is really cool
EC-121?
Awesome!
@TheOwlAce yeah that sounds great!
@MrDoolittle yeah true it would help with things here and there and it sounds like a really good thing to be added but I'm not a huge fan of it but that's just my opinion there

@WalrusAircraft no problem!
Awesome!
(I'm thinking this won't run on my iPad, I'll have to test this on my laptop later)
@RailfanEthan nvm I am noob, it says the train type is a SD45
@RailfanEthan lol
@RailfanEthan also it appears that my home state company, Montana Rail Link had those GP38s so I think I'll do it in that paint scheme
@RailfanEthan ok I'll dig around for those as well, thanks again!
@RailfanEthan also I believe I see those GP38s for BNSF when they occasionally pass through Missoula MT when I'm there doing things there
