@EpicPigster1 Victories: 0 Losses: 27 Confirmed kills: 0 Immobilized targets: 2, after crashing into two cargo trucks while landing a fully-damaged aircraft.
That's that I call fancy flying.
@ChaMikey Strategically speaking, diving and trying to evade is the best option. If the enemy has more speed and power, they are more likely to the the winner of that turn-fight. Evade, dive, then wait until the enemy overshoots and flies in front of you, then open fire.
@Aarons123 Well, depending on how it is. If there is fuel on at least one of those fuselages, the others are most likely to explode if the one with fuel is on fire. If they don't have fuel at all, it can be very different. If the fuselages that are attached to the fuselage that explodes, they are not likely to also explode if they are attached to more than at least one other piece of the plane.
@EternalDarkness True; and sure,it is a plane that is lightweight, same goes for the armament. But when your payload has the explosive mass that of a nuclear warhead, it's gets complicated, that bang and kaboom soon turns into a disintegration machine.
@TheMutePaper Yeah. They fire off one at a time directly from air-to-ground, but when you put them on pylons to shoot multiple of them off using the activation groups, they're lifeless.
If you want to fix landing, just turn off suspension in the front wheels and as soon as you touch down, pull up hard for about 3-5 seconds then it should be a successful landing. In other words, nice plane! I like the design.
@Cerdon True, but the odds of getting hit by a bullet is rather likely, even over 500mph. Jet combat around 400-500 mph is anyone's game in a gunfight. Over 500mph means missiles, but protecting yourself from shrapnel is also important. It's not just about the dogfights, it's anything involving combat that could damage/catch you plane on fire.
Detail is amazing and all thing work fine; but the one problem that as pretty obvious about this replica... the wings are too big. (BTW I love the checkers you put on the nose of the plane it looks awesome)
when I insert in turning setting on a rotator to 'gear' on XML, I would retract the gear, then extend them. But instead of the gear going back to the way it started, it rotates another value of that degree in the opposite direction; making it rotate both ways without stopping halfway..
I love making dogfighters. I do have one question though. Would you be doing the planes A.I. challenge entry vs. A.I. challenge entry or A.I. challenge entry vs. you? If it's the second option, which plane will you use?
They just changed XML settings. It's not a glitch.
Put the rotation settings from -1 to 0
@shipster Lol i'll be fine. Atlanta is just expecting strong winds and rain - hopefully.
@shipster I'll make sure to take pictures of the storm if I can :)
Wait, the hurricane passing Georgia? Jesus christ- Boards windows
@Awsomur He's gonna grow up to become an amazing crab cake.
@DisferGoatz I'll let the hurricane do the work...
@F4f879 He was hiding from the seagulls
@tsampoy Nice work with the challenge! keep it up!
That reminds me, The way you built the front of the plane gave me some new ideas; the way you had the nose cone.

@503rdAirborneSoldier My sister tells me the exact same thing xD
@503rdAirborneSoldier Global warming at it's peak...
@EpicPigster1
A storm so strong it surpasses category 5, with 185 MPH winds...
Welcome to 2017

@NathanMikeska With pylons it's OK. But when you wing-mount it or mount it near a propeller engine, it blows up the engine.
@HKAerodynamics I'm glad I could help :)
@F4f879 It's designed to use it's fuselages to protect the fuel and the engine from catching fire.
@Carsong1017 why thank you
sure why not..
@EarthwormJim Thanks, I'll try it out and see what I can do.

@EternalDarkness "Light attack aircraft"
over 70 rockets? JESUS
@Cerdon I actually don't know...
@TheMutePaper Yeah. They fire off one at a time directly from air-to-ground, but when you put them on pylons to shoot multiple of them off using the activation groups, they're lifeless.
Yeah, I found that problem, too. You can hear them, but no smoke appears. They're like duds that fall to the ground.
Added a brach link to this post. This type of information needs to be shared with everyone.
I have one but why were they were recalled? How? WHY?

@marcox43 every plane that exists on this website will always be compatible with 1.7; And just for safety, I downloaded it and it does work :)
Many people know, many don't. But anyone can call it a breakthrough.
@Dynamicneedle @aircraftarsenal123 @TrainDude Glad I could help :) @Ihavenorealideawhatiamdoing There's a part like that in all of us lol
You did something that many people would consider 'too much work'... You are my hero

@Leehopard thanks a bunch! 1.7 is gonna have some getting used to for me.

the unguided rockets seem to hit engines even though they could be wing mounted; that's without pylons, though. With pylons is ok.
One.... wow you're the best P-47 I've seen on this site. Two... HOW MANY P-47'S ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE xdddd you made four P-47's in three days lol
