The conflict against Snowstone has slowed down, but that doesn't mean that it's over. Special patrol teams from Krakabloa, Maywar, and Wright have been sent to the now war-torn and abandoned Snowstone island. Reports of sightings of what might be a Snowstone Empire fleet causes outrage, and a state of emergency. Your job is to build a vehicle (plane, ship, tank, miscellaneous, etc.) That can be based in Snowstone to blend in with it's snowy ground, but it also needs to resist the harsh weather there as well (high wind). Good luck, and give it your best!

I think it has to do with how far out it extends...
