One thing I would suggest is a guide in the description on a place where this can be spawned. Or a version that floats so it can be spawned in the water, otherwise great build!
They just released a player content feature, so it seems they have some interest. That said, from what I've heard SP has been difficult to work on for them due to its age and coding.
If you're looking to limit speed here's a couple tips
.
1)Add a lot of drag to a single large part of the hull. A simple and natural way to limit speed.
.
2)For precise Top Speed, add an Airbrake with the input "v>X" with X being your chosen speed (mph). This will activate when you reach that speed, if it's too powerful you can lower the max in input controller. If too weak you can raise it.
You will never create a masterpiece, let alone get anywhere on this site if you don't have these two things: Patience, and Persistence. I was a noob as well, I built so so planes at first. Now I'm platinum and have found my place. If you're not willing to be patient yet persistent you won't get anywhere.
And GuyFolk's advice is great advice too, follow that. But most important in my opinion is the two P's. Practice makes perfect, and you'll learn to get better, but it'll take at least 2 years by my estimation.
Really sucks to see your work unused, but you are definitely right on the money as to the reasoning. I hope at some point this mod can influence the path of development for fuselage blocks in the future, perhaps in an SP2 if SP is truly too rickedy to handle this.
First the Udaloy now the Slava! Your love for Soviet Ships shows in the details. I'll bet you'd make a beautiful Kirov, but for now I'm following to see what you make in the future.
@AWESOMENESS360 Oh! Well I am not wholly informed on that, though I might recall seeing photos of U boat Deck guns with plugs over their barrels so perhaps that was one thing they did to make the weapons waterproofed.
@AWESOMENESS360 The weapons are made with Ocean mod in time in terms of having bombs as their extra-oomph in firepower (which in vanilla would be lost. But in terms of function ala firing, launching, and heading to target, they are completely unhindered by depth.
.
For the sake of vanilla peeps I added a system to prevent the submarine from being dropped into a rapid sinking at spawn so that they wouldn't immediately lose the bombs and could regulate depth to prevent losing them. I didn't elect to use my previous bomb protection system since Ocean Mod is optimal for this build anyway, and it removes weapon despawn at depth.

Could this be the highest part build on site?
+1Holy crap that's a lot of parts, but the results show lol. Beautiful boat!
+1That does not look like 416 parts, very nice job!
+1The first few screenshots make it look like a slick low part build, then the back opens lol. Still looks slick though.

+1@WiniMii Only one part has drag so it shouldn't cause any issues. It's part count on completion also isn't expected to exceed 500.
Holy crap! I've just lately been thinking of how cool it'd be to make custom roads in game like this!

+1Dear god it's got half the part count of that Yamato!
+1A good Iowa at less than 400 parts, very well done.

@Merchavinodesfri02 That's unusual, though given how it's made to work using actual wings I can see how it would happen.
Better Ocean for Mobile? Finally they get some good water effects!
+1Blame Apple and Google, it's not in the Dev's control.
+3@THEYE AI is just as completely hollow and dim on PC as well.
It's certainly peculiar that all three of them (servers in different parts of the world run by different people) are down.
They're focused SR2 from what I hear, and apparently find it hard to work with this game with its age.
@EnzoDiazUnofficial I got a thing or two in mind. Thinking my next car will be the r32 skyline gtr
You should totally try something higher resolution. Maybe full on fuselage art! Take it to the next level!
Well seems manual transmissions are steadily starting to catch on, cool!
+1No U.

+1@GeneralPatrick2 Oh yes it is, it's U-505 in a museum in Chicago.
@Zanedavid What do you mean?
@Kennneth An ocean visuals improving mod that doesn't affect FPS? Now that's something!
+1@asteroidbook345 Maybe Ken will make his look nicer.

@AWESOMENESS360 Although I think I misread, you were talking about torpedoes on Real Life U Boats correct?

@THEYE Seems only having drags on the parts that needed it helped, either that or you got a strong device.
