im pretty sure that there is a file of the saved locations that somebody could upload and you just download it and put it in your files but @BACconcordepilot had a good idea you could use.
on the left of a title of a post there is a star if you click it, it becomes yellow and the thign you favorited wil pop up there, it is to find things you like easier so that you can download them again later.
For number 1 i'm actually not sure because i never do it but i suspect that the max input is low like 0.25 and the Power multiplier is 4 making it work the same (just what i Think)
For number 2 make the input "Activate1" or "Activate2" and so on.
Foptional question: Im pretty sure that it also has to do something with input because a lower input reduces sound i do Believe.

@Oski it was because when i was a Little kiddo i wanted to make a yt account and my sister came up with the name and it was taken so i made double e and then i used it for a lot of accounts and now im screwed ont his site and World of tanks Blitz because im not paying 10€ for a namechange.
some people download really old planes, remove Everything an make a new plane and upload it.
