This is super cool!
.
Now, for reference, Russia's air force doesn't use positive numbers, and, the NATO reporting name starts with the first letter of what it's designated use is
(For instance, MiG 9 "Fargo," F represents "fighter" | or maybe something like the Tu-160 "Blackjack," B representing "Bomber" )
This may sound dumb, but does something like a bomber that is dedicated to taking out ground forces count?
I have a design I have been wanting to build for a while. It has two turrets on top with AAM, and a retractable cannon on the bottom meant for taking out heavy ground forces, much like the AC-130, but on the bottom instead
This is a really cool plane
Flying in it is fun, the pontoon retraction is ingenious, and the speed and maneuverability is great
.
One thing, using flaps on takeoff INCREASES drag, and when you use them for takeoff on this aircraft, the plane needs roll to shimmy out of the water. Taking off with full trim and pitch works perfectly
What needs to be done:
- Top gunner (ventral gunner needs a better gun too)
- Radio operator, and Main Cockpit
- Landing Gear
- Extra Details (insignias, beacons/nav lights, door outlines/window outlines)
@TriStar yesss lol. They're weird beasts. I'd love to see what you could do with one. P&W partnered with Allison in the 80s and built an airliner using the propfans (though, it never got much attention, nor did the NASA prototype). You might like that
Don't attach fuselages to wings, attach the wings to the fuselages, and then nudge them into the fuselage.
.
Also, as VolcanicAsh said, use Structural wings, not regular ones. The regular ones bend and are dumb. Structural wings are way better
I kinda hope no one shuts this down
I have much stronger words I'd use against you, random person use "escaped" the ban, but the rules say to let the mods handle it :)
This is super cool!

@Kago #HERE
@Walvis okay, cool! Lol
.
My plane is more... B-36 sized lol. About 200 feet wide, and maybe 70 feet long. A flying wing flying fortress
@PapaKernels you know what plane I'm talking about >:)
@Walvis Okay, cool! Thanks :)

This looks sick though!! (in a good way)
AMAZING
@BagelPlane lol, you're good. But still, thanks
Thanks! @BagelPlane

T or (hint ;)) TBM FOR TAG
@PxVector and yes, the entire vertical stabilizer is supposed to move
@asteroidbook345 WOAHHHHHH
XD. Okay, it just looks a LOT alike lmao. My bad, m8
Actually, the entire aircraft looks like Asteroid's
Your screenshot looks just like Asteroid's XD
.
But either way, cool plane
This thing is really cool!
It was fun to fly too. I love how you did the airbrakes for the flaperons
This is super cool!!
@Mrm19 if you can, trying to lower the weight of the aircraft via xml, and removing all but about 300 drag
@Grroro nope XD
2
@Grroro Awesome job old friend!!!
THAT'S SUPER COOL. It's like a light dedicated bomber
@CaptFoxworth19 download the plane, and then undo, and then redo and the mod will be removed. I hope this helps
@ollielebananiaCFSP of course! And good luck
@Cesarvf1 thanks!
Nice! And it's fine
@PoinX25tlessWhyShouldI oh, awesome! I'd love to see one of those here
@Fliegerkerlchen oh, okay! No worries. Thanks for your upvote!
Thanks! @PoinX25tlessWhyShouldI @Fliegerkerlchen @Cesarvf1
.
Are y'all thinking of participating?
@SimplyPlain ofc! And yeah... shall we see..
I LOVE THIS.
.
I will be doing flight testing later today and will have your results back :)

Ooh la la!
T for me!
HOLY CRAP
Count: <<How can you not see it??? It's right in front of you!>>
Hmmmm
.
What about an Essex (the WW2 aircraft carrier, for clarification)? Or maybe the USS Knoxville?
WOAH. It's like the B-29 and the B-36 had a baby
.
This plane is super cool!
This is neat!
.
I most likely won't have time to participate, but I hope that this spotlight allows more people to see it :)
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN wtf?
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN oof
I might reconsider, sorry m8
This is fun. taps fingers
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN I hope you're a female and not a male then...
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN kinky
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN aww, thanks
@LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN oh, I hope my ass does too
I kinda hope no one shuts this down

@BaconEggs ikr? They're an idiot
Men have vaginas? Huh @LOLIMBACKFROMTHEBAN
