Also, sorry the screenshots are so bad
My phone glitched as I was uploading, and it wouldn't let me see what pictures I was taking until I actually took them. Even after maneuvering them around, apparently they still were different. So... I dunno lol
@TheDesignate yes. After WW2, the B-29 was retrofitted and redesignated as the B-50. Later, jet engines and some of the first aerial tanking equipment were added. It dropped the Bell X-1, and aided in the production of the XF-85, both of which were meant for the Convair B-36
sad face
I love this plane, and the way you did it, but it sucks you couldn't finish it. It has no payload, and the jet engines are not on it. Of course, the latter isn't necessary, but I would have preferred it. If it doesn't have any weaponry, I cannot include it in the challenge. I would add like 8 500 pound bombs, but I feel that that is unfair for me to edit the craft. I'm sorry, mate
@Flewey that's freaking amazing!!!
.
Are you able to claim the aircraft and take it with you? Might be able to restore it to airworthy condition. Well, the engine would have to be redone, and a new wing, and lots of paint and new panels, but maybe? XD
@WarHawk95 this is really random, but in 2023 over spring break (in March), my school is doing a Barcelona/Paris trip. Do you have any advice on Paris?
@JuanNotAnAlt yeah, true
Northropp didn't present their aircraft at the airshow for the executives, and the YF-22 showed significant everything. For this reason, the YF-22 was chosen over the YF-23
.
Theoretically, the YF-23 could have won, but I'm still glad the F-22 did. The plane is really reminiscent of the F-104, and that's a main reason why I want to fly it
Fair. The YF-23 was actually predicted to have been able to defeat the F-22, and had similar maneuverability. Probably would have been better, considering its range, speed, and payload were all also considerably better, albeit the aircraft being a little larger
.
But I agree. The Raptor is awesome. I hope to fly one when I get into the Air Force

Dogs are your best friend, but can get very annoying with their thirst for attention. Gotta love 'em though. Little dogs should cease to exist. They are disgusting creatures
@JustWingIt Good idea!
.
I was actually thinking about this, much like on SimplyPlain's Convair Long Range Bomber for my SAC challenge, but there's one issue: I want to maintain that old B-36 Vibe
However, this does give me an idea of what to do with the nose. I can elongate it, and make the bottom half glass, with a bomb sight dude, and a radio/radar operator behind them. Almost floating on the glass. With the cockpit up top, more or less like the original one with newer features
@Flewey lmao, awesome!!
.
That's super cool though. My uncle might be moving up to SC, near me, and he works on restoring WW2 planes and flying them. He said he wants to take me up in some P-40s. I really hope it works out. Other than that, I've gotten an hour at my local flight academy, and also 1 unmarked hour in an airport in Florida
Okay, okay, so this might have to be done in a future update, but hear me out:
.
Is it possible to maybe add an rpm system to the engines? That way we can design working gears for said engines.
Or maybe like instead of the built-in propeller engines, there was one interchangeable engine. It could be a V engine, U engine, Flathead, Inline, Rotary, Wankel Rotary, Radial, that form of thing. Choose how many rows or pistons, the power output, size, RPM control, fuel consumption, and bam! Engine time
Then you could smack that onto a fuselage and use it. With that, you could select output to a new propeller block that has the same options as the old one, maybe with things like the prop style, blade count, thickness, the hub style, that form of thing. Turboprops could be made by connecting something like the VTOL engine to the prop instead of using a turboprop part, or maybe with a whole new procedural jet engine.
Along with the new RPM thing, you could add mixture controls as well, like in real aircraft, and control the RPM govenor of the engine, along with things like TurboChargers, and SuperChargers.
.
Like my last suggestion, this is all just an idea, not forcing you to build anything. I just think something like this would make builds look a lot better, and it would allow for a lot more realism and control with the build. Thanks
A B-36 Peacemaker. Full cockpit w/ a flight engineer station (with mixture and throttle), the overhead throttles and ignitions for the jets over the pilot station, the unique pitch control, the whole shazam. Might add gun turrets too
.
I also am going to build a remake of my THA-X3 Super Hawk under a new designation, and with some remade parts... and a T-6 Texan II for PapaKernels
@Formula350 this is cool!!
I'm assuming you saw mine? XD
.
Yeah... it's a pain in the butt, but a cool plane nonetheless. Good job!
Thanks!! @PapaKernels @aaronneit
+1@MAHADI which fuselage blocks? But thanks for the feedback
Thanks! @AWESOMENESS360

This is amazing!!
@CG37Official huh? XD
Maybe I can't use that phrase because I'm not one... but congrats!!
Welcome aboard, mate!
You know what... I'm in. I want to build something good before the update comes
+1TTTTTTT

Les Concorde
Yeahh.. I could do so much better now 😂
+2Thank you!! And congrats everyone!
Happy birthday!!
+1@TatsuTheOtaku oh, okay! Sorry, my bad lol

I made a really simplified version of this a few weeks ago that uses speed as the gear change lol
+1.
Great job!!
@CursedMikeWazowski thanks! Lol
@mLk yeah! I can't wait to see what you do with this great base
DEADLINE EXTENDED TO SEPTEMBER 10TH. TESTING WILL BEGIN ON THE 11TH
kidding lol
@DrexxVolv well... just get better
@WarHawk95 thanks!
And this looks great!!
+1@JuanNotAnAlt he means make the front of the wing round
@WarHawk95 okay
What's your tag, if you don't mind sharing?
@Flewey also, did you go up with your father?
@Flewey that's freaking amazing!!!

What exactly isn't working?
...
@WarHawk95 ooh, very true, very true. That idea sounds really good, actually
@JuanNotAnAlt difficult tests? Screw it. Let's pull some +9g maneuvers

I enjoyed flying her
Congrats!!

@CG37Official ahem mods cannot work on mobile per policy with Google Play (and the App Store), and you can't just ask the mods to ban a random player
